Good location, but too many, and too chaotic , and too stupid tourists. (I am european as well, so i am allowed to say that ;-) ) Room quality, prices, location and Internet WLAN Speed was great

The tv was nice-thats all The Hotel offered a help desk. The man at the counter was more into promoting some "time share" or something more than helping us find the shuttle This hotel overall is terrible. The receptionist was great in getting us checked in. However for the price I paid I could have been in a closer disney resort for the night... The man at the information desk was sketchy and people were calling him out on it, yet he continued to promote the time share B.S. We were there to go to Disney for one day,not to waste our time with some smooth talker. The shuttle wasn't scheduled at times that were good for us so we ended up not using the amenity. the shuttle came back at the latest at 10...who leaves Disney before the fireworks and electrical parade? We were appalled by the cleanliness of the room and the spiders and numerous webs near the beds. I personally slept on my own pillow and own blanket.

Close to everthing but only an average hotel. Buffet was below standard

Good price if you're trying to cut costs. Hotel needs to be remodeled/updated. Only shampoo offered - no conditioner. Electrical hazard - Multiple items plugged into single outlet. Wonder when the last time they cleaned behind the TV/dresser area - Very dirty. Again, too many electrical cords there, too. Very noisy if room is by the pool area.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. I plan on staying here every time I visit Orlando! Everything about this hotel is average, except for the price (which I find to be very inexpensive!) If you are looking for a place to relax and sleep after a busy day at the parks then this is the place for you. If you like to complain about the little things then stay away! The hotel offers limited shuttle service to all the parks, if their times don't fit your schedule then you can take a taxi for 15. I have always had a great time staying here!

Close to restaurants and shops and Disney. Not enough electrical outlets in the room. It was a one night stay, but it was very enjoyable. The children really enjoyed the pool.

Good clean hotel for the rate paid.Located near crossroads at side of I4 (not noisy) hotel had good size private swimming pool accessed by hotel pass key, clean towels provided. Free continental breakfast option consisted of choice two creials, (warm) fruit salad, various pastries, coffee milk etc. option for full breakfast bar approx $10. Room clean with good daily maid service, two dbl beds TV bathroom, much the same layout as all others. Stayed 4 nights May 2008 and would recommend.

The hotel room was clean and very nice. Can't say the same for the desk clerk. We were early as the weather was tornados and rain. She made us feel like we did not have any reservation when infact, this reservation was made through you on 2/21/09. Told us she had nothing available and we would have to come back at 4PM. We hung out in the rain at Downtown Disney and went back at 3 PM. Waited for her to leave the desk and went to another clerk, who very nicely assigned us our room. Every one except that one person, was very helpful.

We stayed in a Family Fun Suite at this hotel. The room was the same size as all of the others and seemed even more cramped because of the added "walls" to accommodate the kids. The hotel is about 50 yards from I-4 so it was very noisy. The buffet at the restaurant was not good at all. Location to Disney is great as it took us all of 5 minutes to get to the parks. There are several restaurants within the vicinity so it was very easy to find a place to eat (TGI Friday's was fantastic)! If you are looking for a spacious hotel room for your family, don't stay here. Also, the beds were terrible and caused my wife a lot of back pain!

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Disneyworld entrance and just 5 minutes south of SeaWorld. The hotel backs onto I-4 and the rooms at the back of the hotel tend to be quite noisy because of the highway traffic. The continental breakfast offers a good selection of pastries, bread, oatmeal and cereal, as well as coffee, tea, juice, milk and water. They also have a hot breakfast buffet for an additional charge.

We stayed overnight at the Comfort Inn LBV this past weekend and while I read some of the reviews here about the service/rooms, I couldn't pass up the price.. If you're going to this part of Orlando, you're generally going there for one single reason, TO GO TO DISNEY WORLD!!!! If that's your intension, then you're looking in the right place.. This is a great place to just spend the nights at for sleeping.. If you're looking for a resport hotel to spend your days at, go somewhere else.. I skipped the breakfast to go to the parks.. ate lunch as well as dinner at the parks, however that being said if you don't like the food at the hotel There's a great Ale House for lunch/dinner right on the corner of Palm Parkway and 535 (about a 2 minute drive or a 10/15 minute walk) BTW, you're pretty much as close as you can be to the parks without being on Disney Property or spending over * a night..

The beds were uncomfortable, the comforters were stained, and the pillows were small and flat. The shower was disgusting (HAIR ON THE FLOOR THAT WAS NOT OURS!!!!) and the towels were ripped and old. We were placed in a second floor room facing Interstate 4, and we heard EVERY car and truck that went by, not to mention the springbreakers that were running and screaming up and down the walkway outside our room, knocking on doors as they went. The water tasted and smelled weird as well. The continental breakfast was poor and the shuttles ran at such odd and useless times that we were forced to take a taxi (at the cost of 50) back to the airport so we could rent a car. Most of the shuttles returned more than 1.5 hours before the parks close!! We chose this hotel because of the free continental breakfast and the shuttle; next time we'll just stay on Disney property... Between the 100 roundtrip taxi fee, 540 for the rental car, and the money we spent on breakfast and MickeyD's because we couldn't eat what they offered, we spent well over 1200 on what should have been a 350 stay. The hotel is a dump -- spend your money elsewhere.

Outside the gate at Disney. Very meager continental breakfast selections. Nice clean hotel. Free paper was great. But the breakfast was very cheap for a moderate priced hotel. Okay but not much choice on table.I would still recommend.

Location is good near Premium Outlet and Disney attractions but overall hotel is poor. Staff acts like robot when we check in, Too many rooms ( 5 levels), high noise all day and night and cleanliness is terrible. No wi-fi in rooms is not acceptable. Continental breakfast is a total mess because of many tourist groups at the same time. There should be a separate schedule for these groups. Try another hotel at International drive or Kissimmee.

The rooms are dirty. The family "suite" is a joke. They took a tiny room and added walls in the middle. The seperate kids TV can only be viewed from 1 of 3 kids beds. There are no fitted sheets so you are sleeping directly on the mattress when the sheets move. Who knows whats on them from other guests. There is barely enough room to walk in the rooms. All rooms have exterior doors so anyone on the streets could come up and knock on your door. If you like the sound of traffic, stay here. It is right beside the highway and is VERY loud. Location is convenient, but hope you don't need to use the shuttle. The piles of animal droppings between the walls and soda machines is repulsive. I've walked down cleaner stairways in parking garages in big cities. I've stayed at better hotels for half the money. DON'T stay here.

Our family includes 2 babies under 2. We had lot's of toys and brought playmats, thankfully because the carpets were filthy. Not a pretty room but if you aren't in there too long it is ok. They had a decent location, close to a shopping center with several food choices. Recommend the Indian restaurant! Otherwise has continental breakfast, average. Also a shuttle that takes you to theme parks.
