MY 2 WEEK STAY HERE WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT, THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT THE MANAGER IS ALWAYS HELPFUL TOO US, THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND THE HOTEL ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN,I HAVE VISITED CANADA SEVERAL YEARS AND THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL WEVE STAYED IN. THANK YOU COMFORT INN WE WILL BE BACK.

Pillows and mattress were fresh, tub and sink clean and modern and great breakfast. The rooms seemed newly renovated, very clean, comfortable and modern. The included breakfast had good variety and was very satisfying. Had I known there was a hot tub, I would have brought my bathing suit ! I will certainly stay here again.

Stayed from Friday to Saturday Nov.7-8, 2008. Excellent choice that I would recommend to everyone. In a matter of fact, I'll be booking this hotel again on Nov 13, 2008 on my way back from Toronto to Detroit. While Kitchener grew up quite a bit from the last time I lived here (1997), and this property is not the newest, the place is well kept. Carpets are spotless, Modern amenities like a large plasma TV, Melita one-on-one coffee maker with excellent Melita coffee, perfectly clean bathroom, soft beds, round up the picture. Perfect location near 401 and almost next to Fairview Mall make this hotel an excellent choice. I am very impressed & it is hard to impress me, as I travel weekly through Western US and usually stay at Hilton, Marriott & IHC chains. Did I mention that the Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating? Five star place!!!

This hotel cannot enforce their own no-smoking policy. I have stayed here numerous times in the last year because the location is good and it is cheap, but am always given a non-smoking room that has been smoked in in the recent past, including the same day! If checking out 2 or 3 rooms until you find a clean one makes you happy at the end of your workday, then this hotel is for you! Gave up and walked out this time - 7/14/08.

After our toilet overflowed and flooded the first room they assigned to us, we got put in a jacuzzi ""upgrade"" room where we were unable to use the jacuzzi because there was gross pubic hair stuck in it... We tried to make the best of the situation by SCRUBBING it clean for about an hour, (after the attendant removed the hair) but it kept coming out of the vents (I'm not kidding). Finally we fell asleep out of exhaustion, and woke up to loud noises nextdoor, their shower was so loud it sounded like it was coming from our room...

This hotel is the best one in the area. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were outstanding. very very clean. This is the best place in town. No need to spend more if your looking for comfortable and affortable accommodations. They have everything you need. I even got a snack bag when I checked into my room. That was a nice touch. I will be back.
