We arrived Sat. May 16th 09 and checked in the hotel around 4:00, I requested a room on the first floor because it is difficult to walk a far distance, was told none was availble so we took a room on second floor. We had our 8 lb. dog with us so we paid our extra 20.00 and off to the room we went and put everything away. We then went to our grandson's double header little league game with the dog and had a great time, but as the game was over we were tired and sore, so we stopped along the way back to the hotel, picked up takeout, up to the room we went. As we settled in, changed our clothes, the phone rang and clerk asked if we had a dog, I said yes, she was checked in with us earlier and I had paid my deposit. She informed me we were not in a pet room so we had to move down to the first floor. I couldn't believe it, first, I had ask for a room on the first floor and was told none was availble and now they had us move all our stuff without help at 10:00 at nite. The next morning, a bill was slipped under the door asking for 20.00 more for the pet, I won't even go into how long it took to explain that it was already paid at checkin.....will not stay in this Comfort Inn again.

The location was very close to the folks I was visiting. No blow dryer! Staff was courteous and worked out what we needed in for room accommodations.

Courtesy van from airport was driven by a very nice lady who talked to us about the area and was very helpful. It is quite a ride from airport to hotel but it worked fine for our schedule. We would stay there again. Very nice breakfast room and good selection of foods and beverages. Very clean. Good beds. Good rates.

staff went out of their way to make sure we had breakfast even though it was past the scheduled time. the beds were very comfortable and the room neat and clean. easy freeway access. this is our second stay and we'll definitely be back.

The room was very nice, the bed comfy, very clean. Too far from the airport. The hotel is very nice and clean, the pool was great and the hot tub. The bed was comfy with lots of fluffy pillows.

I arranged this property for a quick overnight. I was unhappy to discover after having paid in advance, that although this hotel is close to SEA-TAC airport that there is no Shuttle service available. I resigned myself to parking at the airport, but the standards and quality of the hotel were shocking. I have had to accept smoking rooms before, but usually hotels know how to remove the stench from previous smoking guest from the room. This was not even attempted at this property. The furniture and decor of the room were low grade, truly tacky cheap junk.. The TV remote did not work. The bath fixtures and counter were very dated. There was plaster (or some stuff) hanging from the ceiling. The grout of the tile was stained with mildew. Only saving grace was a strong stream of water from the shower, a rarity nowadays. However, this is not enough to encourage anyone to stay here.

I loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Moved rooms, room had not been cleaned. Pay movies did not work. When we checked in the room had not been cleaned from the person before. We moved to a room with a Queen bed instead of a King. We spent hours on the phone with the TV repair person for the pay channels. At 10 pm he was waiting for the head person in India to wake up to help him fix it.

We spent 3 days here and the room was always clean and comfortable. There was a refrigerator and microwave oven in the room. The housekeeping staff replenished all the bathroom toiletries as they were used. The breakfast offered variety -- pastries, yogurt, bagels, boiled eggs, cereals, and you could make your own Belgian waffles. There were cookies for guests at like 5 or 5:30 PM, but we were never back at our room in time for that. It was a nice gesture, though. Not having to pay for parking is always a big plus. (We also stayed in downtown Seattle for 3 days and that parking bill was steep -- a night.)

Convenience to entering the freeway. All continental breakfast bread items were cut in half. Makes you feel like you can't eat more and the hotel is cheap. No thanks.

Decided to try this hotel as the price was right and recommendations alright. Usually stay right around the airport. You can see by my rating that it was indeed alright, and better. Only reservation is that if you open the window the road noise is notable. Room had a queen bed and sofa, table with two comfortable chairs, refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was standard and well stocked. Staff at desk were responsive and helpful.

The location was central. The pool and spa were very dirty and the pool was cold and too deep for kids. Our stay at this hotel was okay. As it turned out the pool was freezing and seemed as though the heat wasn't even on. Worse yet it was murky and dirty and the spa had a scum with bubbles on the waters surface. The pool was also flawed in that the shallow end was nearly 4 ft deep. Anyways the location of the hotel was good for us as we were visiting both Seattle and the Wild Waves amusement park; both were about 20 minutes away. The pool was the biggest let down; if you say your pool is heated. Turn on the heat.

Front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. The very run down motel right outside our window, next door. Great hotel, a little out of the way, a little run down of a neighborhood, but great and all to have a nice hotel with a nice pool for an reasonable price.

My kids and I were traveling to meet up with my husband in Ft. Lewis, he is just home from Iraq!! I was concerned about staying in this hotel because of the bad reviews it has received. But i had to see it for myself. It was AWESOME!! don't know why this hotel is not rated 4 or 5 star!! When we arrived we were early but the desk clerk let us put our bags in the room anyway, so that I could take the girls swimming. (he didn't have to). he also made sure that we were on the ground floor, because I had a baby in tow, and he wanted the girls to be close to the pool. That was just plain nice. After our swim we wnet "home" to a clean room with fresh linens and towels, the front desk clerk brought us towels in the pool! We all slept soundly, the beds are great! Noise level very low (with the exception of my kids), even though we were close to a freeway. Breakfast was very nice, my kids were all able to find something to satisfy them. As was I, it is so nice to not start your day with a greasy breakfast. All in all JOB WELL DONE. We will be traveling back next summer to do some vacationing, will be staying there again. In fact we ended up staying an extra day in Tacoma and checked right back into another Comfort Inn!!

"The only complaint was they ran out of detergent for the washer. The pool and hot tub were very nice, continental breakfast was very good, close to off/on ramp, nice staff, very clean. Has over 55 discount. Computer available in lobby. Mitzel's restaurant across the street, good."

The shower did not work and I didn't have enough time in the morning to switch rooms. When I complained to the manager she was extremeley rude! Overall, this hotel is great. Very clean and nice for the price. Just check to make sure the shower works right when you get there. The manager is not helpful she is down right rude and unhelpful. My shower wouldn't turn on and I didn't have enough time in the morning to switch rooms. When I complained the manager said I should have checked it when I got there and requested a room change when I checked in. Not sure how many people think to do that!

Had nice clean pool and hot tub. A free real breakfast. Scary elevator. Every time I used it I was afraid it was not going to open. Used the stairs even though it was way out of the way. Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Clean pool, hot tub and work out room. Clerk at counter was very knowledgeable about the area. The included breakfast had a good selection. They did not charge us extra for three kids! Would stay again if they fix the elevator.
