It was next to a Wendy's. Breakfast was good. The roomwas at the top of the stairs and very noisy. I did not get any sleep, the person in the room next to mine had the TV blaring until2 am. The wind blowing against the window woke me every time I dozed off. The room was small and hot. The bed could have used a new mattress. Next time I'm going to sleep in Broken Bow at a different motel. Maybe then I'll get some sleep.

Fairly close to the event. Drain issues. Great place for us to stay at for the one night we needed it. I am sure we would have been happy with a longer stay as well. Staff was very nice. If I were to point out one thing I did not like, it would be the in the shower: need new shower heads and get the plumbing roto-rooted or something. An inch of water at your feet is not what one would expect. It may have been just a room issue. Either way, the Comfort Inn was a great place for us to stay at when visiting Kearney for a local event.

The motel was clean and it had a fridge and a microwave oven. This motel was the clean and the breakfast bar was very good. It was a very family atmosphere.

Price. Room was small. It was a nice hotel for the price. For a short stay I would recommend it to anyone. It is a short distance from Downtown and located close to the interstate. It is also located in walking distance of many restaurants.

Very clean and a lot of room. Everything was great and the price was very good.

Comfortable, clean, good location, good breakfast. No pool. This motel served our needs very well and will stay here again if the opportunity arises. If traveling with my teenage kids I know they would rather stay at a place with a pool.

Very clean. We were on the first floor and could hear the footsteps above in the room on the 2nd floor. Very clean and friendly staff.
