Date of Stay:

It was really loud around 3:00 AM the first night I stayed there. Otherwise, I didn't have any issues.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice little heated pool and close to highway. Small pleasant hotel and close to the highway. Nice little indoor heated pool and hot tub. Tiny exercise room and the bed was OK not good but not terrible.

Beware. My wife and I stayed here for one night. I pre-paid our stay but when I checked in, the desk clerk charged me again. She laughed it off and said she would remove this charge. The next morning when I checked out, the same clerk then double charged an additional amount. I was told not to worry, I would receive credits. Two months later and after 5 calls to the manager, I have not yet received proper credit. . Please consider our experience before you decide to stay at this property.

Though the desk staff was very kind, the room was very dirty. My sheets were stained, the carpet was sticky, and I was greeted by several bugs when I opened the door. The implied internet access was only available through an unsecure wireless network.

Short stay really no concerns of any importance.

Fairly close to Cabela's, Nebraska Furniture Mart. Breakfast wasnot good, restaurants not close, need more parking area. Good hotel for a weekend trip. Plan on eating elsewhere for breakfast. Clean room and bath.

We wanted to get a hotel close to Legends so that we could spend a couple of days shopping. All the hotels around Legends were too pricey!! This hotel was perfect. It had a swimming pool that we used after our long shopping days. It was very close to Legends and very easy to find. (Even for someone like me who can get lost pulling out of our driveway.) The Continental breakfast was perfect. The staff was polite and very helpful. The pool was a little small but it served the purpose for what we needed.

The Staff was nice and friendly very accomodating, the Breakfast waffles were the best.

Very easy to get to. All of the rooms were to be smoke-free, but one had obviously been heavily smoked in. The vending machine was completely empty. But the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed at the Comfort Inn and enjoyed my stay. Their breakfast is one of the best. Great waffles and eggs! Staff was very friendly.

The rooms were very clean, the pool was heated--a huge plus, and the breakfast bar was kept well stocked. Easy access to I-70, nearby gas station.

For the price it exceeded my expectations and was clean. Small. The hotel was small but was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Access to the highway couldn't have been easier. The fee was very reasonable for the quality of the hotel.

When we went looking for the hotel we actually had to call the hotel to ask directions. I was in KC with my grandchildren for school shopping and entertainment, baseball and museums. I didn't feel secure in the area after dark. The breakfast wasn't what I was told when I checked in, very sparse. The dining area was very small for the amount of customers. People were standing. The coffee was very good. I took my grandchildren out for breakfast. The carpet was dirty, that was the hall and the room. Our bedspread was torn, a peice about 18" long. The towels were paper thin. Bathroom was clean. The pool area was small and we weren't sure how clean as the water temp was quite warm. Neeedless to say we didn't swim. All in all we were very disapointed and won't stay here or at any of the Comfort Inns again.

It was close to the attractions we wanted to visit in Missouri and Kansas. Did not meet my expectations, room was small, no microwave or fridge in the room. This hotel is probably best for one night unless you are a business traveler. The room was clean, the sink in the bathroom was clogged and the bathroom light flickered. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival, we entered our room and found it to smell like a combination of lemon and arm pits. It would have been nice to open the window to let in some air, but it was 102 degrees. The smell did go away after two days. The fitness closet had a treadmill and a bike, no room for anything else, including air. I tried it out, but resorted to using the neighborhood YMCA. Housekeeping did not clean our room once during our two night stay. The breakfast seargent kept the food well stocked and kept a patrol on everyone. It was very unsettling. Also, the front desk clerk confused us with someone else and tried to give us a new key to that other person's room. YIKES!

The staff was very friendly. You could hear the people on the floor above us all night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and comfortable, besides the fact that you could hear the people above us all night long!

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the Verizon Wireless Ampitheatre. Overall we had no problems, but we will probably look for a different hotel for our next stay, especially for the price we paid- we would have expected more. During check-in the girl at the desk answered two different calls and stayed on the phone making me wait while she offered rates to other customers and booked other reservations. I guess they were more important than me trying to get checked into my room after a long drive.... The room was 'ok', the bathroom was very small, some cigarette burns on the carpet and curtains but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very noisy the next morning even though we were not checking out, we may as well have been with the racket they caused. Also, someone threw up the night before out in front of the hotel and although you had to walk right past it to get in the hotel, no-one seemed to bother with it and the mess stayed the entire time we were staying there- yuck! The parking lot was also very full, luckily there was one spot left for us the next night or I'm not sure what we would have done! There was a gas station right across the street which was great for snacks and Ice for the cooler before the trip home. The breakfast offered by the hotel was good (the staff of the hotel and housekeeping seemed to really enjoy it as well hmmmmm?!! I had to wait in line for them to get theirs?)The pool was very small- we never got a chance to get in because it was always occupied by a family or two which was enough to make the space pretty cramped. Overall- this was a good place to sleep and was close to the highway. Thats about it.

Very clean, comfortable beds. We paid the extra for a large room with hot tub the tub was a small corner tub odd shaped and uncomfortable. Not worth the extra money. Clean friendly, great free breakfast, however the extra amenities we ask for were not worth the money. We asked for a hot tub smoking room got a small triangle shaped bath tub with four jets oddly placed. Very uncomfortable not very useful.

The Comfort Inn Kansas City was very comfortable and cozy. The room was fair sized, providing a desk and two chairs as well as a refrigerator, microwave, and our own personal coffee maker in the room. This made our visit much easier in that we were traveling with a toddler and needed to store milk and juice for him to drink and were able to prepare meals for him in the comfort of our room since he is easily distracted in restaraunt settings. The pool and fitness center were great to have so I could get my morning work out and then relax in the pool/spa in the evenings after a long day of walking and visiting with family. The location was very good-we were able to stay close by our relatives and were close by Cabela's and Legend's mall, as well as a wide array of places to eat.

I liked the fact that I only needed to stay there for 10 hours. The ridiculous bathroom. This hotel was poorly designed, it is not user friendly. The proximity of the parking to the rooms is deplorable.
