This hotel was very dirty. There was mold on the shower curtain, the bathroom door had dirty finger prints on it, the ironing board was yellow with stains all over it. The carpet was so dirty my socks were dirty from walking to the bathroom and back. I believe an animal peed on the carpet by the front door. Stay away from this hotel.

The tub was dirty and mold on shower curtain.The air conditioner had a smell of mold in room Was disappointed that we paid the price we did for such a dirty room . I believe if travelocity continues to use this hotel they might want to visit to check hotels cleanliness.

Experience at the hotel was short since business takes up your time from morning to nightfall. Room being clean and quiet is all we needed for a good nights sleep.

Bottom of shower was curtain was black from end to end- reported to front desk- never changed during my 3 day stay! Pool was covered with dead bugs, I actually netted the pool after 20+ dead bugs stuck to me while floating!

We checked into the hotel, dropped off our bags and left to meet family. We did not return until late in the evening. As I got into bed, I felt something against my leg. There was a paper towel in the bed between the top sheet and fitted sheet. After a close inspection, we found that the bed had quite a bit of hair in it. (It actually looked like dog hair). We reported it to the front desk the next morning and their response was "that shouldn't have happened". The coffee pot in our room had coffee on the outside of it. My guess is that if the outside of it was not clean, the inside of the pot wasn't clean either. Very, very dissatisfied with the way this was not handled by staff. Also, we had specifically requested a non-smoking room - turned out that we got a smoking room. At the very least, I felt that we should have been moved to a romm that met our requests and was clean. On a good note, the iron worked well.

The Staff greeted us with the utmost courtsey. Gave exception directions. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Location to Elizabethton, Tn. Noisy. I asked for a smoke free room. It definitely was not that. The bed was very good and the room was clean. I appreciate the fact that they were pet friendly. I would go back but would not accept the room if it was not smoke free.

Very clean room with excellent accomodations. I really dont have any complaints. A nice place to stay. The empolyees were friendly and helpful. It is located close to food establishments, drug stores, gas station, grocery store, ect.

It was convenient and priced fair. The hotel was unable to control the noisy drinking crowd at the pool on Sat, 5-26. The rowdy guests should have been referred to the sheriff. It is a reasonble value for the money, but they need to have more security to keep rowdy guests obeying the printed rules for noise and pool hours. The guests did not respond to the staff's request to leave the pool (near midnight, but curfew at 10:00 PM), until I threatened to call the sheriff.

This hotel was very dirty. I would not recommend it to anyone. It was in a good location. The hotel was not clean and the room was a non-smoking. It was unclean and smelled like smoke and mildew. We were going to stay for another night and we checked out and went to another hotel.

Quick access to interstate 26. Pool out of order, not a very pretty atmosphere outside. Hotel met my specifications for what we needed it for at the time. We were only in town to attend the NHRA at the Bristol Drag way. We had easy access to the interstate to travel to drag way however it was approximately 25 minutes away. We would not choose to stay at this location if we had our 2 younger children with us or if we intended to visit for a leisure vacation.
