A nice modern and very well kept motel. Not too far from the center of Hyannis. Lots of restaurant nearby. We had an enjoyable two night stay. Slept well, comfortable beds and a quite location. They have a large clean pool. The price was reasonable, maybe a little lower than some of the others we considered and this one included a nice continental breakfast. We would definitely return if we go to Cape Cod again.

Friendly staff, good breakfast &(free!), generally good all around. The pool & hot tub were closed for maintenance when we got there; disappointing but open the next am.

The Comfort Inn in Hyannis has great amenities...free wireless internet, everything you could possible need in the room. I picked it because it allowed pets. The only problem was there was no good place to walk the dogs. There was a narrow perimeter of grass with glass and trash. There were no doggie pick-up bags, and the trash was overflowing. The so-called pet walk area was pretty scary...I wouldn't have gone down there. It was dark, down several steps, and into a heavily wooded area next to a very stagnant pond. Great place for people, but not so great for the pups.

Location was convenient. Moderate price range. I chose the hotel for that feature over other hotels. However, pool not operational.

This hotel was easy to find, although well out of the town, and no possiblity of walking anywhere. The carpets in the public areas were in need of refurbishment and I didnt like the fact that the sink was in a separate area to the toilet and shower. The hotel breakfast was adequate but no fruit and a limited selection of cereal.

Very attractive, excellent service. No elevator. From the second floor, it was a bit of a maze to find out how to get to the first floor, the first time.

Great location, inexpensive, large breakfast selection, nice pool. Small double beds - feet hang off. Tubs were slippery and my child fell in the tub. This hotel has a great central location to Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyards, & Plymouth. Great pool. Great breakfasts. The beds are doubles which are small, your feet hang off and they are very hard. I could feel the springs in the bed. The beds need to be replaced with new ones. The tub was slippery and my 11 year old slipped and fell in the tub during our stay which scared me to death. I also found them very slippery. There was no tub floor mat but we reported it and the staff seemed to take notice. Overall the cost was right and the location was great. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly so I would recommend.

The hotel had a little room to work out in. It would really be nice to have a little fresh fruit in the morning room. The in room coffee was the best part of my stay.

The breakfast was good, the pool was nice and the staff friendly. The room was very tired looking, the entrance door was not hung properly, had to slam it to close it. Overall not to bad, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The common areas were clean. The breakfast was good. The only eyesore was our room. I'm hoping it was the only one like that because some people would surely not be impressed.

The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were a bit dated and the bathroom could use updating. The hotel was a bit dated, but since really all a hotel is for is a place to sleep and have breakfast, it definitely sufficed. Our room was near a cross hallway, and thus quite noisy at night. The hallway we were next to had an ice machine in it, and so that just added to the noise.

Great value for this hotel that is umatched. No refrigerator in room. Rooms were very clean. Very comfortable beds.

The most comfortable beds, bedding, pillows! Had to request move to room with fridge and microwave but they quickly and nicely accomodated us.

Good amenities for the price. Abit farther from the beaches than most. Clean and a better level of amenities than I expected. Pool-hot tub-larger bath.

Although the location is not the most desirable for many without their own transportation, this hotel has everything else and for the price that was more than reasonable.

Prompt, very nice checking in service. Easy parking and access to room up one flight from a side entrance. People hanging around multiple times, holding door open to smoke and stay warm while talk very loudly to the non-smokers in the hall, under my window. Good, clean, very comfortable bed. Nice and fluffy pillows and soft towels.

The indoor pool was an unexpected bonus. The beds were not comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful, we had an amazing dinner at the restaurant suggested by the desk clerk.

Very clean with soft towels and linens. Beds were comfortable. No outside access to room, had to walk through hallways.

Inexpensive. Location. Nice hotel, bad location with construction. Pool and hot tub were down.

Clean sheets and friendly staff. The A/C unit needs some fixing. Good for a quick and cheap place to stay.

Pool was clean. Pool hours too strict and not long enough. Hotel lobby was clean as was room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Quality of continental breakfast was ok.
