My daughter and I took a little vacation even though it's an hour away, wanted something close. I've stayed there before and got better service this time! The location was perfect and a very nice hotel. The front desk staff ([...]) was a pleasure to meet! She made us feel welcome and like it was "home away from home". Was very friendly to my daughter and I, and to everyone basically and we're now friends! Gave us recommendations to a nearby restaurant, "tips" about the hotel and our visit, though short, made me feel like I'd known her for years! Breakfast was good, with the homemade waffles there were all types of goodies to add to them! Lots of things to choose from on their breakfast. Pool was pleasant. The rooms were great, beds were very comfy and room was clean and the hotel had a "fresh" scent. If that made any sense!?! Just clean! Good location, good food, felt like home for a little bit and didn't want to leave! Great stay and I recommend to all! I just hope that your stay was as welcoming as ours!

King sized bed; soothing and inviting decor. Back from road, quiet and restful. Breakfast bar very good. Personnel courteous and friendly.

I travel a lot with my job, and finally took a day to relax with some friends in Hutchinson!!!!! Checking in was very quick and the staff was just wonderful. Very friendly and helpful!!!! Room was wonderful. Had just gotten new comforters and the room looked quite nice. There were some kids runnign around the halls (there was a basketball tourny I believe) but the front desk quickly stopped that! Will definately stay here again! Breakfast was supurb! Waffles! Susie, Rachel, and Mindy were excellent help to me on this stay!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We will probably choose this hotel over all the others in Hutchinson next time we are there.

The breakfast is convenient for those not wishing to go elsewhere. The bathroom was in serious need of repair work. This is the first time we have had any problems at this hotel. The tile on the bathroom floor was loose, the commode seat was not properly attached and the shower curtain was dirty. These problems were reported and will, hopefully, be corrected before the next guest arrives.

Close to our destination. It advertises a jacuzzi - it had none, thats the main reason we stayed here. It was overall okay and acceptable. Except that it advertised that it had a jacuzzi but it did not. Being old people on the road we like them in the evening. That is why we took it over others in the area. That is false advertising.

Friendly desk clerk. Smoky room. This was a bad experience. Wehad a room on the end of the first floor. All the noise of those coming and going all night was very loud. Very loud verbal fights broke out and went on even after reporting it to the front desk. The physical location of the hotel is noisy. The room was extremely smoky smelling.

Great location. Very small room. No work out room. This is a good place to spend one night. The room and bathroom was very small, not a good place to take a family. The room was very clean, which is the most important factor.

Good location to our destination. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. We usually stay at this hotel when we are in Hutchinson. The people are very nice. The beds are comfortable.
