The comfort in in Holland I found was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I was a little surprised when we arrived to find that they had no elevator. We had to carry our bags up the stairs. I really think they need to invest in new mattresses and new pillows. I think some of my bath towels have more fill to them then the pillows did. The location was very good for where we needed to be. They only had one chair in the room.

Right in the middle of the state. No coffee in room. It was nice for what we used it for. Had a nice breakfast and was really quiet.

It was clean and the staff was very accommodating. We were assigned to the second floor and there was no elevator. The hotel was attractive, clean and closely situated near the highway and there was no noticeable noise from the car passing on the highway. It was also located near several family restaurants.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very cheap, as in cheaply made and falling apart. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but was not very knowledgeable about dining spots in the area. The hotel was very cheap- in a couple of years it will be dilapidated. Concrete around the pool was messed up, building siding was coming apart. Tiling in the bathroom looked like it was laid by 7th graders. Park area was dim.

Continental breakfast was good. Smelled, outdated, rude staff. Hotel was outdated. Air conditioning in room was loud and worked poorly. Front desk staff was not helpful and downright rude.

The beds were good! One of the rooms smelled of smoke. The water pressure in the showers was not great@. I would stay here again. The breakfast is nothing great!

They offered to put an air purifier in the smoking room for us. The hot water was not very warm. The hotel staff was helpful. However, they said there were not any non-smoking rooms available, then I was given a non-smoking room five hours later. The facilities were adequately clean, but the water was not very warm.

Curved shower curtain rod. No business center. We enjoyed our stay in Holland and were comfortable in this motel.

Quiet and clean. A little small and swim pool not useable. If you want quiet and clean place to stay, this is a good place to do so. it is a convenient place fore Holland, Michigan.

The free upgrade to a whirlpool room. The dining area and lobby were all one room, prefer some separation. Convenient location, friendly staff, adequate breakfast, and outdoor pool were all appreciated. I would stay there again.

It was conveniently located. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. This hotel is conveniently located and it has a nice pool and the free breakfast offered is great.

Breakfast was excellent. Couldn't understand the maids. They spoke Spanish. I would stay at this hotel again if I were to go back to Holland.
