We used the hotel as a home base for a 4 day fishing trip. It worked out perfectly. We had a microwave and a refrigerator in the room for our food. They even had electrical outlets in parking areas to charge boat batteries.

The room was comfortable and the service was good. Some of the staff at the front desk were a bit rude. The hotel was comfortable and the rooms were well-equipped. However, some of the staff was a bit rude. Overall, my stay was decent.

Hotel is very clean and quiet, it is close to the 401 and restaurants. It is perfect for those with a one or 2 night stay.

Easy to find, clean and friendly, helpful staff. It met our needs. Breakfast with the stay was convenient and very good. Clean room and helpful staff.

I stayed at this motel on Feb 22, 2007. It was very easy to find as it is located just off of Hqy 401. The staff were extremely service oriented and had answers to all my questions. The motel is just finishing up some remodelling to the lobby area but I was not disturbed once by noise from this. They have just opened up a beautiful new breakfast room where they serve a great continental breakfast that has more than just the usual offerings. I will definitely stay at this motel again when I'm travelling along Highway 401.

It was in a good location. The evening staff was quite rude and unhelpful when we indicated we were supposed to have two beds. Finding the place was fairly easy and close to amenities. The hotel staff was rude and very cold to us completely refused to help; however, the day staff during checkout was very helpful and polite.

This hotel accepted pets. The sign for the hotel was not easily visible from the road. The desk clerks were friendly and very helpful. There were good choices for breakfast. Easy off/on to major highway.

Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel itself was fine. The young lady who booked us in was excellent. The only problem was the fact your people booked us into a smoking room. My wife or myself have never smoked in our lives and I would never ever, book a smoking room. As they had no vacancies we were forced to stay in the smoking room, a huge disappointment. As a moving forward suggestion I would recommend that you have your staff at least ask clients when booking rooms if they desire smoking or non smoking. I was not asked by your staff what was our preference and I assumed that we would automatically be booked into no smoking.

The fantastic breakfast spread - was great! The rooms were small, would have been good to have had queen size beds and more room space. Very good-thank you.
