The hotel was very good, as compared to the price of stay!! We enjoyed our stay, but there was a small glitch: we were not provided with extra bed for the fifth person in our family, though we had indicated that there will be three people in the room. On top of that the hotel management couldnt arrange for a sleeper bed or anything of the kind. Apart from this it was a great hotel with good services....

Nothing. Very unprofessional staff. The woman who checked us in was asleep in the back room at 10:30 PM and quite grumpy.

My only suggestion is that they provide a microwave oven in the breakfast room. My son thought that he'd left his electronic clock in our room when we checked out. The follow up that they did on this was excellent. After we called, he found it in his suitcase. The staff was very conciderate about checking the room for us.

I feel the price for a room due to canceled flight and holding pink slip from airport was way to high. If I had chosen just to stay at this Hotel I wouldn't complaine. but under the circumstances I feel that * is way to high we were told at the airport for that night should be no more than *I was very ill at the time or we would have chosen a different Motel, I'M very dissapointed as have been happy with the Comfort Inn in the past.

In the mash of airports within an easy commute of Dulles, this place stands out as a real gem. The price is right, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly -- and the Belgian waffles at breakfast are great. The in-room heaters are a bit difficult to regulate, however -- it's either freezing or blazing hot dry air. It seems this place also takes pets (ran into a dog woman in the lobby). Nothing fancy here ... but a good, solid affordable place that is close to Herndon or Reston

The park and fly option was very convenient, the price was reasonable, and my room was recently renovated. However, the parking lot was in terrible condition due to the snowstorm from several days earlier. Only a narrow path had been cleared, with all of the snow pushed against the sidewalks so there was no way to get onto the sidewalk and into the front door without climbing over the mountain of snow. None of the parking spots themselves had been plowed, all with 8 or so inches of packed ice/snow on them. I would stay there again, but only in good weather.

The day I checked out. I liked that. They put me in a smoking room and wanted to charge me extra for a non-smoking room. Front desk staff was very un-helpful.

Reserved a Non-Smoking Room with a King Size Bed. When we checked in we were told that they didnot have any King Size Beds available only Double Bed Rooms. I told them that my confirmation was for a King and they told me that because I booked through an online travel website they did not have to honor the confirmation of a King Size Bed. The bathroom had hair on the floor and did not have any toilet tissue. Air conditioning could not be adjusted. The elevators were filthy. The front staff were very unfriendly. They never acknowledged you when you came into the lobby. When we checked out the desk manager said that the bill was zero, but never asked how our stay was. Th worst place I have ever stayed at.

They were doing renovations when I stayed but it was not a problem. The staff was very nice. I had a room that was already done and the bathroom was great with pretty granite and a big sink.

The bathroom. Smoke, old fashioned looking. The hotel was not what I expected at all! It smelled of smoke as soon as I walked into the lobby. My room, on the first night, was a smoking room, which made me literally sick. I switched rooms the next morning but the hotel itself isold fashioned.In December of 2008, I stayed at the Candlewood Suites with the same rating as the Comfort Inn and it was so much better.

Nothing at all. This hotel needs room renovations. Rooms are musty. Water stain damage on the ceilings. Wall paint peeling off. Mold on the walls are visible. While the majority of the staff is very friendly.

Polite and friendly staff. Nothing was bad - it was as good as we expected it to be. The motel is conveniently located for travelers flying from Dulles Airport. For the price of parking at Dulles Airport, you get a night's rest, a decent breakfast and a week of free parking at this motel. We have stayed there on several occasions and would not hesitate to recommend it to other travelers.

Large, clean room. Would have been nice to have something on offer for breakfast at 5 am when I had to go to the airport. At the regular price, I would have been less impressed.
