The hotel is located on RTE 611 which represented a route to all locations which I needed to drive to without getting on I80. Tannersville outlets were 4 miles, Stroudsburg was 4 miles. I was very comfortable there.

Location. Breakfast buffet was very crowed and inconvenient. The room was okay, it was clean, staff was understaffed hotel busy. The Jacuzzi didn't work at the pool. Exercise room was disappointing.

Nice pool and jacuzzi. Nice breakfast. Clean beds. Did not like the showers, the bathtub did not look nice.

Warm pool and Jacuzzi. Screaming children at pool. Hotel in nice area; somewhat friendly staff; warm pool; Jacuzzi very warm overall good stay and will return to this hotel in future!

We were very pleased with the Comfort Inn in Bartonsville. It was clean, comfortable and easy access to shopping and the Pocono Raceway.

Swimming pool. Not enough towels, cold water. We could not take a hot shower in the morning, the water was ice cold. The hotel runs out of fresh towels. Toaster and microwave did not work, because of some power problems. We did not complain to the front desk staff, because so many people complaint, that I felt bad for them. So we left with a bed experience.

The convenient location to attractions and parkways. Manager was unprofessional & rude. Our room was not ready by check in & without pillowcases. No hot water over 12 hours, phone lines were out also. We had to wait over 20 minutes after check in with our bags in the lobby (without apology) and when we got there we had no toiletries and no pillowcases on the pillows. I called the front desk, and over an hour later nobody had come, so I had to find a housekeeper in the halls! The next day we returned to find our key didn't work, so we returned to the front desk with our shopping bags, where the manager accused me of deactivating the card by not following instructions, then realized it was her mistake (again, no apology). That night there was hardly any hot water. The mooring of checkout we had no hot water and the phone lines were dead, so we had to get dressed and go to the front desk to inquire about what was going on. The hotel manager was highly rude, unprofessional, and incompetent with customer service. Her attitude was atrocious and she was unsympathetic to all of the hotel's shortcomings. We were beyond dissatisfied with the hotel, and I know other guests were too! I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone-even if it were free!

Friendly staff, good breakfast, accessible to desired locations. Exercise room should open earlier. (Opened at 10:00 am wanted to exercise at 8:00 am) Very nice stay and good helpful staff.
