I thought we were at the River Boats with all the screaming and yelling and running up and dow the halls all night at 3:00 in the morning they were still going strong,.We had a 2 day show and hardly slept the whole week-end,there is a sign at the desk asking guest to respect others between 10:00-7:00 lots of luck, I told the Lady at the desk I thought we were at the boats, she proceeded to tell me hoe to get there, I said no, the NOISE all night she said a few others had told her the same thing, WELL do something about it when we call down!!!! Breakfast was OK, but I di believe they are gettin cheaper and cheaper with them, we stay between 25-30 nights a year in this chain and I don't think it is getting better,

While the room itself was fairly decent, we had problems with the towels and the bathroom reeking of smoke and this was a non-smoking room. I noticed the staff that was washing the towels had a cigarrete dangling from her mouth which I didn't see until the end of our stay. When I complained about this at checkout, the manager was indifferent about the problem. Why do us non-smokers have to continue to suffer from smokers bad habits??? Needless to say, we will no longer stay here. We've stayed here on previous occasions with the same problem.

hotel is conveniently located to highway/interstate, restaurants, shopping - clean rooms, great shower, breakfast area and choices could use some improvement - coffee was wonderful

Location was great, near shopping and expressway. The maid did not make up our room on our second day. We got back late and nothing had been done. The room was large enough. The shower curtain had mold and so did the faucet in the tub.

Breakfast. Indoor pool. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good but in low supply. I do not like an indoor pool at all, but it did appear to be clean and my kids liked it. We ended up staying longer than expected and it was quite easy to get the room for a couple of extra days.

It was located in a good spot for where we were visiting. The pool was not open. I choose hotels because they have pools. Good choice for an overnight stay.

Location from highway & downtown Cincinnati. No single-bed, non smoking rooms available. It was clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was quick and convenient.

Having a refrigerator was nice, breakfast was adequate. The bathroom/sink/shower set up wasn't the best parts o f hotel needed remodeling. Good location, decent breakfast, comfortable beds, plenty of space.

Easy access to roads. No PC & printer available. Will stay there again if in area maids need to pay attention to # towels used... had to request additional towels 2x.
