The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and my kids loved the warm cookies in the evening. The 2 queen size beds were good for our family of 5 and we even had room for a twin air mattress for our son (although the hotel offered a cot). It is a short drive to Hershey Park and at the end of the day, the kids couldn't wait to get back to the hotel! The room (and hall) was very quiet at night (some hotels can be noisy). The hotel staff offered many suggestions to us for dinner and even had menus for us to take. Breakfast buffet was nice but if you don't get up early can be crowded. Perkins across the street was a nice place for breakfast if you're tired of the hotel buffet or get up too late.

Convenient to the interstate. Cleanliness, staff, proximity to restaurants. They upgraded us to a room with a king bed, fold out queen and a Jacuzzi. Nice but then we felt like the staff labeled us a problem guests. The bed including the fold out were without a doubt the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced.

Clean, good breakfast (more than just muffins and juice), room was comfortable, close to Hershey Park. We had a nice stay and our kids liked the pool and arcade.

We picked this hotel because of it's proximity to Hershey Park and the fact that it had an indoor pool for the kids and a whirlpool for the adults. The jets on the whirlpool were not working, so that was useless and the pool was very small.

Clean, friendly staff. Very small pool, no real dining facilities, smelly room. Hotel is an easy drive from Hershey Park, where we went on vacation. The room we had was a smoking room (no non-smoking rooms were available at the time we needed) and as a non-smoker, I was able to smell the staleness as soon as I opened the door. In waking up the next morning, the smell had permeated my clothing, and I was happy to shower! Water pressure was weak though, so it took a long time. However, the staff was so very friendly and pleasant to deal with. They had a (very) small game room and exercise room. This hotel boasted a pool and spa, and while the room seemed bright, I was a little disappointed with the size of the pool and the hot tub that sat 8-12. For the convenience to Hershey Park, however (7 lights away) I would recommend it - they do have a nice Perkins restaurant across the way to dine in though!

This place was great for the money. The staff was very polite and the room was clean and what we were looking for. We showed up a couple of hours before check in but our room was ready for us right away. The hotel was easy to find right off of the highway. We were taking a trip to Hershey Park, and as they advertise, the hotel was only a short drive away. It?s also close to several restaurants, shopping areas, and other attractions. Breakfast alone is reason to come back. There was a variety of food to choose from, cereal to make your own waffles, and the breakfast area was clean and nice to eat in. We will definitely consider staying in this hotel again for our next Hershey trip.

One staff member was particularly friendly to us. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was neat, the staff was friendly and helpful and I enjoy Comfort Inns in general.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel every year for the past 5 or 6 years when in town for a concert because of the great location and proximity to Hershey. But this year we're going elsewhere. The hotel is decent, not immaculately clean, but sufficient.... nothing special at all. What bugs me is their increase in prices and their new policy of 3 night minimum on summer weekends. For $200 a night, do yourself a favor and find a nicer place

Upon our arrival we were put in a smoking room when we requested a non-smoking reservation. They tried to cover the smell with too much aerosol fragrance spray. The room sent me into an immediate allergy/asthma attack. The next room they had put us in had not been cleaned. We went to the local gas station and purchased our own cleaning products and cleaned our own room. We requested sheets and new pillows. The front desk did come and vaccuum. We requested the next morning that they give the room a thorough cleaning. We however received NO cleaning service during our stay.

"We have stayed at this hotel several times, each time we have had a noisey stay. This is a half way place to meet with my husbands parents but we will not be staying here again. We were on the first floor and there was a soccer team staying as well, but act like animals. Way to noisey!!! Front desk slow to check-in and out and all they could say next morning was it noisey , we are sorry. Why didn't they control the noise???Breakfeast bar not enough for everyone with such large group such as the soccer team. There bags (soccer) all in front lobby have to wall around. Not well maintained."

It was great!! They printed out maps for us if we asked for directions. Also told us where we could get Hershey tickets cheaper. Go to the Giant superstore for tickets and you also get free drink coupons. We highly recommend this one!!!

"When we had pulled our bed sheets back to go to bed, there was a large coffee stain ""fresh"" on our top and bottom sheets. Call supervisor who brought us clean linen, which we had to make the bed ourselves. No fitted sheets, just a flat sheet on top of the bed that wasn't even tucked in. It was just laying on the bed. pool had a strong chlorine smell. Made our eyes and throat burn. Did have a nice dining area to eat at. Not sure if I would pay that kind of money to stay here again."

"We enjoyed the comfort inn alot. It was about 10 minutes from the front gate of Hersheys attractions straight down 39 west...hard to get lost! The waffles were great, pool and activities for the kids. We would stay there again!!!"

"I selected this hotel in our trip to Hershey Park and was very pleased. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very pleasant. Location to Hershey park was 7 miles exactly which was wonderful and so much more affordable then the closer hotels. Indoor pool was great for our child. I would recommend this hotel for any family traveling to Hershey, PA."

"They gave me the room just cross the front desk, some people have a party at lobby till 2:00AM, then some to play game. quiet hour ? kidding me!and the next morning, my son found several lines of ants marching on the wall, water mark can be seen on the wall paper, and slippery bathroom floor made my daughter fall. When I talk with them, they seems very SURPRISED !"
