The Comfort Inn Hanford was fine for an overnight stay. It's located right downtown, within walking distance of a really great coffee house and gift shop called ArtWorks. The unfortunate thing was that we stayed overnight on a Saturday and ArtWorks was closed on Sunday. The hotel breakfast service was out of coffee, so we had to face a morning in Hanford without coffee. There was an in-room coffee maker, but we find that is usually substandard, so we opted not to use it. The room was a good size, the air conditioning was a unit that we could control (which I like), the pillows were awesome, the bedding was soft and there was a good selection of local tourism material available. While the water pressure in the shower was not so great, there were plentiful towels and the shampoo and lotion amenities were fine.

It's clean and was fairly inexpensive. Our room faced the old out of use railroad tracks, which I guess is better than in use tracks. If you are just staying for business or a quick trip to see family it is decently priced and clean.

My first impression was somewhat apprehensive. Although the Comfort Inn looked good, I was a little worried when I saw the Lacey Mill and railroad tracks behind the hotel, especially as a female travelling alone. After a while, I realized I was just in the original town of Hanford and as I spent three days there, I realized it was safe. The hotel personnel were fantastic. When I had trouble connecting to the internet, they gave me a cable so that I could connect directly. As a business traveler, internet connections are important for me to be able to contact my customers and my office since I work in facilities all day and only have evening hours to connect with people. The room was very nicely decorated and spacious. The breakfast was a full breakfast, not a continental one, which was good. I have diabetes and so the continental breakfasts are usually sweet cereals, sweet rolls, etc., and I have little to choose from. This was excellent with cheese omelets, sausage, a variety of breads, etc. Very nice overall! Thank you, Comfort Inn Hanford!

It was located in the center of town. The floors really need to be professionally cleaned. This was a quick trip to visit family and friends. It was great that this hotel was located in the middle of town and we were able to get around easily. The only bad thing was the floors were really dirty. My 2 year olds socks were so dirty after just spending a couple of hours there. They really need to be clean.

Very clean, very quiet, great beds and pleasant employees. NA. I would definately recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Hanford. Clean quiet rooms with no funny smells. Great free breakfast. Pleasant employees at the front desk and throughout the hotel. There was a adult women's baseball team staying the same night we did and we heard nothing in our room. They even brought young children with them. Love the location facing down Iwin Street and the historic part of the town. Loved the Superior ice cream place just across the park. Yummy. All in all a great place.

It had a pool and spa. Cracked tile, stains on carpet, very dusty furniture, the walls need painted. The hotel is okay. I think that the overall maintenances. The coffee was always out. The quality of the food was bad. It has the potential to look like a great and clean hotel if the person who is in charge of the housekeeping staff cared. I will not be back. The next time I visit Hanford I will be staying at the Sequoia inn.

The seperate living room, and the option of a bedroom. The train schedule can interrupt a restful nights sleep.
