Continental breakfast and the host. Not much space in the room and Tub. I was very happy with this Hotel, Staff was just great with me and my wife. Always on top of everything regarding towels, our confort and security. I am planning on going back often.

We stayed here for our sons Graduation from the Navy Boot Camp in the 4th snowiest winter on record. On our floor only five of fifteen rooms seemed to be rented. The rooms are kinda small when you get five adults inside, but they were very clean and otherwise comfortable. The queen size beds and four pillows per bed were nice. Having a refrigerator and microwave was nice and helped cut expenses for snacks etc. The complimentary breakfast was pretty decent, Overall it was a good value. From the hotel to the Great Lakes Navy Training Center was only a twenty minute drive.

The last night there was very noisy. We called and complained but it didn't seem to matter. We finally got up at 4:00 AM and left. The person at the desk acted like he didn't care of my dissatisfaction. I told him we wouldn't go back there again.

Clean and quiet. Swimming pool was small. Very clean, quiet and yummy continental breakfast!

Cool because it was very cold outside. Everything was the same as the previous stays there. No problems, friendly staff, Off season at the nearby amusement park so the rates are decent. Timing is everything on that. I travel to this area quite a lot and this is my first pick each time.

It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Hotel was great, it was very clean. This hotel is perfect if you are not looking for all the bells and whistles, just the essentials.

We stayed here for a Navy Graduation. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint is they need to sound proof the rooms better could hear everything in the hallways.

It's a good hotel, with free breakfast and close to Gurnee Mills/Great America. The pool is VERY small, but that didn't matter because we were going to the park. If we weren't going to the park, the pool would have been a real bummer.

Easy to get to from interstate & close to mall. Breakfast isn't offered late enough.

Stayed here to attend my son's graduation from the Navy. Best continental breakfast I've ever had. Pool and spa were great. Staff was exceptional; very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Fantastic!

Overall I was pleased with the Comfort Inn in Gurnee. They accomidated my handicap needs and were quick to help us with additional towels when needed. The room was clean and comfortable at a reasonable in-season price. My grand kids were disappointed that the pool was not available and we were not able to take advantage of using the pool at the neighboring hotel. Overall, it was agood experience and I would return to this motel.

NA. They're not very accommodating. Nice space if you don't plan to do anything but sleep. The hot tub was, at best, Luke warm. There was so much chlorine in it that my eyes (and a few more people) were burning so much we had to leave! The bubbles in the hot tub were from the chlorine!

"We made an unplanned stop and so we did not have any idea what the rooms would be like. We liked the fridge and microwave but the lady at the desk didn't listen to my husband when he requested a king size room - we were given a room with 2 full size beds. Since we had lugged 2 babies and all the luggage and gear to the room, we decided to just stay. The hallway smelled very strong of smoke, and even though we were supposedly in a non-smoking room, our clothes smelled like smoke when we took them out of the suitcase."

Conveniently located where we were going. Nothing. The rooms were very clean and the room was very homey. Really like the fact that it was reasonably priced especially the way everything has been so costly.

Comfortable pillows! Pretty clean. High noise level-children running in hallway at 10 pm.

Close location to our destinations. Guests who stayed in the room over ours were loud and annoying. Overall our stay was enjoyable however when we called the front desk to complain about noise from the room over ours, the noise continued all night.

The manager was very kind. The night clerk was very rude. The bedding was awful. Had to remake the bed. The blanket was in shreds and the mattress pad was filthy. I would not stay there again. The manager was very nice about everything. I just wonder if anything was done about our complaint. Especially the bedding, they needed new everything.
