Hotel was nice and a good value. The breakfast was very good with some healthy options. I felt safe, the place was clean, and the price was low. I plan on staying at this hotel again the next time I visit my Dad.

Location. Horrible cigarette odor on 2nd floor. Lumpy mattresses, thin sheets. We had a designated non smoking room but they allow smoking on the floor therefore the halls and our room stunk. We will not stay here again due to the smell. Room was clean and functional. Breakfast was on-par with other economy hotels that offer the same setup.

I always stay at the Baymont when coming through town. I get great service and the staff is great. My room is always cleaned to the fullest. Breakfast is always a hit! See you soon!!

This hotel has management problems. They assigned us to the wrong room and attempted to charge us for the prepaid room we reserved. They had no shampoo and they had no coffee one morning. There was a smell of smoking throughout the hallways, though not in our nonsmoking room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it the best. The staff was great. It felt like home. My room was perfect. No problems with it at all. The hotel is quiet cozy. The breakfast was outstanding. I would definately stay here again.

The room we were given was a nightmare, the staff was no help. There was hair on the walls of the shower, the handle on the toilet fell off, there was bird dropings on the ironing board, the face trim on the desk was coming off, the carpet was filthy and stained and the mattress was worn out When we requested another room we were told that no room was available. We left a list of problems and nothing was done. I was also overcharged. BEWARE!!!

My husband and I stayed in an awful room with a broken down bed and the toliet did not always work right. We asked to be moved and they said there was no other rooms available. When we checked out we asked for some monies to be taken off our bill because of the terrible room and they gave us 20.00 off our bill.
