The rooms were clean and comfy. We ended up getting lost and had to call the from desk twice and still they were professional and helpful. The breakfast is like an upgraded continental. Everything was fresh and tasty. Would definately recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms were quiet and comfortable. The breakfast area is a bit cramped, especially with kids. Conveniently located, quiet, comfortable accommodations and courteous, attentive staff.

I travelled with my friends for a girls weekend in Green Bay. At the last minute we decided to book a room. We accidentally booked a smoking room. Before we even set our stuff down in that room we went back to the front desk and were give a new room right away. We also got a cot for my niece and it was delivered promptly and was actually quite comfy. The beds were very nice and the room was clean. The hotel was not a five star hotel by any means, but it worked out great for our group. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. It was very affordable and located quite close to all of the places we were visiting in Green Bay. We would definitely stay in this hotel again for our next trip.

Nice location. It was right by Hwy. 41 which was great for me since I needed to go to surrounding areas as well, very convenient. Staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was great. The only "bad" thing I would say is that the pool was somewhat small and too crowded to use on our first night. Overall very nice and will stay again.

Staff gave excellent directions to location. Friendly staff! Vending machine on one floor only. Money in, nothing out. Hotel staff were friendly on the phone and in person. They provided excellent directions to the location and to our next day destination. Very family-oriented environment - kids everywhere! Even with lots of kids in the hotel, room was quiet and common areas were neat and clean. Cook-your-own waffles thrilled my 10-year old son. No elevators to upper floor.

My Fiance and I came to Green Bay for a Packers game on December 30th and enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn. All of the staff (especially at the front desk) were friendly! They made sure the shuttle bus to the Oneida Casino was on it's way after they first called and went above and beyond to make our stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel. The only complaint I would have is that they do not have elevators because it's only a 2 floor hotel which made getting big suitcases not so fun up the stairs, but other than that it's a great hotel!

The Comfort Inn Green Bay was awesome. My wife was under the weather during this trip and we ended up staying an extra night. The staff was very understanding. The pool area was really nice. Breakfast in the morning is remarkable. The next time that we visit my stepdaughter, I do believe that we will stay at this location again. The only downfall is that I am rather tall, and the shower seemed like it was made for a much shorter person. I liked the fact that there were restaurants and shopping really close by.

We needed somewhere to crash after my allergies started acting up at our relatives' house. I was unhappy that the hotel did indeed allow pets, which is what we were trying to get away from. The bed, however, was extremely comfortable. The property is a little older, but seemed to be well maintaine Everything was very clean and I was pleased with the quality overall. Our room could have used more soundproofing, but I'm a light sleeper - my husband didn't seem to be bothered.

Nothing. Put us in two different rooms, both having wet carpet and fire alarms going off when turning on the heat. We should never have been placed in rooms that they were in process of cleaning carpets. wet carpets! Damp and musty odor! Fire alarm going off when turning on heat.

We got a cheap room and got exactly what we paid for. Breakfast room is too small for busy weekends. You can hear the people on the floor above you - request a room on the top floor. Room was very small, with a view of the parking lot.

The bathroom was large, especially in comparison to the room. The bathroom seemed to be newer than the room. It must have been remodeled more recently. The heater and AC unit was a little noisy.

TV did not work in the room. (unless you bang on it). Very hard to connect to ""Free wireless network"". Worse of all: boat show or something in the area, Manager let the boats and owners cars in the parking lot, about 15 of us had to park on the street. We were told tough luck, maybe park in the field. We want our money back!

Easy accesses to freeway. The eggs were cooked in a microwave in a closet. They were good, but cooked in a closet, pool looked very worm but we did not us it. We spent vary little time there so it fit our needs.

Room was quiet with comfortable beds. Bathroom was claustrophobic. Good hotel with nice rooms. The only gripe is that the bathroom was very small. You could barely get in and shut the door without feeling squished. The room was quiet and comfortable otherwise.

The room was perfect. No elevator. This hotel was wonderful. We had queen suite with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, continetal breakfast, pool and many other extras.

The room was big, with a couch, minifridge and microwave. The bedspread and a cushion of the couch had small stains. Comfort Inn Green Bay has much bigger rooms than others of the Comfort Inn chain. The sunrise breakfast is a step above the typical continental breakfast, and very plentiful. The staff was very friendly, and the computer in the lobby for the guests to use was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

I liked the location and the rooms. The shower head is mounted really. Hard to use when you are tall. The front desk staff was very helpful with questions and restaurant suggestions. Easy checking in and I was even able to get an upgrade. Very nice free breakfast with hot items waffles, eggs that the kids loved! Pool is small if you have children, but the hot tub is a nice size. Rooms were very clean and spacious. My only problem was with the shower head, as it mounted very low and being a tall person hard to take a shower.
