The beds were comfortable and the included breakfast was fit for a king! Yummy-o! It did not have an elevator, so we had to drag our luggage upstairs. The AAA representative recommended the hotel based on her experience traveling to CO with small children. The rep suggested that Goodland was a better are for hotels, in particular she recommended this Comfort Inn and mentioned the included hot breakfast, in comparison to stopping at the half way point in Colby, Kansas (which wasn't as clean or safe feeling). She was right! Room was clean, friendly service, and yummy breakfast!

Very clean, even in the halls, entry doors and stairs. Lovely wall color in halls. Nice laundry facility. Exercise room new -- mgmt knows A/C is a problem and working to correct it. Our room A/C cycled on & off all night in very short cycles which did disrupt my sleep. Would certainly stay there again, though.

Friendly, helpful staff. The continental breakfast was poorly stocked. The hotel was a good clean place to stay with friendly staff. Our TV remote was broken and they didn't have a replacement for it. We also had a problem with our card keys not working.

Very friendly, everything clean, pool area well kept and clean, breakfast good and attentive staff. Wood have liked a 2 queen bed suite, they really can't fix that. If I stayed somewhere else it would be because they had a better room layout.

Easy Highway Access. Hallways reeked of smoke, booked Non-smoking room and got a smoking room. Fast food Motel no humanity.
