Attended a wedding. The only suggestion I have is improving on the breakfast. More variety. Like most hotels, there is always going to be something that is missing. But I must say, the accommadations were great and customer service was excellent. The rooms were also very clean.

Nothing Bed bugs. Disgusting. This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. My room had bed bugs. Disgusting. No one should ever have to stay in this awful place.

The phone didn't work, and although we notified the manager, he didn't fix it. The showerhead was like machine-gun fire, and couldn't be adjusted. But the manager was very courteous and the room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was about average, some do-it-yourself waffles, two kinds of cereal, and toast.

After reading the reviews here and other sites we were initially reluctant to book this motel, but then figured it was only for one night and the price was unbeatable so we decided to give it a shot. Check-in was easy and the clerk was very courteous. The non-smoking room was clean and smelled pleasant. We were also pleasantly surprised how quiet it was given the close proximity of hwy 101. We were out all day but came back in the early evening and swam in the pool and had a dip in the spa. Both were clean and weren't overly chlorinated. The continental breakfast was the usual standard fare (not overly appetizing but exactly what one would expect from a budget hotel). The breakfast/meeting room was clean and a good size. I'd have given them 5 stars if the pool guy (private business, not motel staff) had not rather rudely kicked us out so he could pour a couple of gallons of what smelled like pure bleach into the pool while we were taking a last morning swim before we left. We moved to the spa then he kicked us out of there too. He told us we could go back in the pool but it smelled really strong so we decided to leave. For an overnight trip we found this hotel great. We went to the nearby Gilroy Gardens and received a 50% discount coupon from the front desk good for up to 6 people which sweeten the deal even further. We would definitely stay here again, though we'd probably call ahead to find out the pool treatment schedule and plan accordingly to avoid the heavier chlorinated days.

Was noisy being next to a fast food place.

Clean, location was great, very easy to find. The bathtub was too small. It is right off the highway, plenty of parking I was able to park my car right in front of my room. It was very well kept, enough towels, very convenient for the price.

We booked two rooms for my family and stayed one night. The check in was easy and the staff friendly (they let us check in very early with no problem). We were there in December but my boys wanted to use the spa. They took off the cover and got it ready for us, the boys were thrilled. The breakfast was fine. All in all for the price you couldn't beat it!

I stayed here with my husband and three daughters and the room was very old looking and smelled. The linens looked worn. The breakfast was very minimal and the pool was not well maintained. The maid forgot to replenish our toilet paper. My friend stayed in another room that was even worse. It smelled terrible and looked very shabby. I would definitely not stay here again.

We like this hotel because of it's proximity to Gilroy Gardens. Not fancy, an older hotel, but a good value for the money. Clean rooms, courteous staff. The in-room coffee maker looked funky, but they have continental breakfast till 9am. On both our visits this year family members were not able to connect to the internet from their rooms, but could from the lobby. We'll be back!

Clean and cozy. It's nice and comfortable and not so noisy. This hotel is convenient to outlet stores. If I will come back to this area, I will consider staying here again.

This property needs updating. In my room, the unused electral outlet by the TV did not work at all. I had to use the electical outlet on the light switch by the door. The room is VERY clean, however. You could hear the traffic from 101 early in the morning. Additionally, I WOULD NOT recommend this property for single, female travelors due to the layout of this property. All doors face the parking lot. The neighborhood this property is in is a bit sketchy as well. One last thing, I called down to the front desk - THREE TIMES!!!!! - and let the phone ring about 20 times and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE AT 3:30 IN THE AFTERNOON! Finally, i walked down there to find out how to connect to the internet - which was my question. Why do ALL Comfort Inn's NOT TELL you when you check-in the protocol for getting on line? They ALL do it and you ALWAYS have to call and ask. Maddening!!!!!!!!

Dirty, questionable stains, poorly maintained, old. Breakfast was poor. AND - they added a 20 surcharge on top of rates! Refused to give me a copy of my hotel bill when I checked out.

My husband and I decided to get a little ways out of town for some quiet time. The room was clean comfortable in a good neighborhood. Shower was hot and didnt run cold in five minutes which was really nice. Povided a continental breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our alone time. If your a shopper who enjoys the Gilroy outlets it's right across the freeway. If your looking for comfort on a budget this is perfect.

The bed was comfortable. It needed to be upgraded as far as shower, etc.

Rooms are very dirty and shabby with cig burns on tub and furniture. Hot tub and window screen were broken. The linens old and scratchy. Im surprised that construction workers would even stay.

The hotel is very helpful in that you can check-in anytime after noon for no extra fee. Close to freeway but no road noise is heard because of location and vegetation. In-N-Out located across freeway along with upper end outlet stores.

Friendly staff, clean and no frill room. Staff are friendly. Rooms are above average, comfortable and clean. Nice to have separate wash area from the bathroom. Overall a nice experience and comfortable stay.

When checking in, I was not warned that the ""complimentary breakfast"" is only served until 9:00 AM. If you are planning to sleep in and catch a late breakfast, this is not the hotel for you. The hotel is only average and there is a lot of traffic noise from the nearby freeway. I probably wouldn't stay there again.

I thought the accommodations, while not luxurious, were very comfortable for the short time we stayed. The most standout feature was the service we received. My husband left his wedding ring in our room and didn't notice until we were back home in NV. One phone call to the front desk, they were so helpful and found his ring. Comfort and cleanliness are important features in a hotel but honesty is paramount in any business. We would recommend this resting spot to anyone.

Staff was very friendly. A little dirty. The hotel was nice for an economy 1 star location. I really have no complaints, considering the price. I wish the outside was cleaner, but it was safe and quiet. Overall recommend.
