The Comfort Inn was was a nice place to stay for the money. Check in was fast with a friendly staff. Room was large and comfortable.

We stayed here two nights while attending a family funeral. Since my wife smokes, I booked a smoking room. The smoking odor in the room was ridiculous. Even my wife (the smoker) was appalled. After ventilating the room a bit, the situation improved and we decided not to ask for another room. With continued ventilation and our own application of Fabreeze? (on the second day), the room was livable. I would expect the cleaning staff AT ANY HOTEL to do a better job addressing the particular challenges of smoking rooms.The hotel is adjacent to a truck stop with overnight truck parking. If you get an even numbered room, you may be serenaded by idling diesel engines all night long. Some may actually find this soothing. But if you need quiet, try to get an odd numbered room (on the front side of the hotel, away from the truck stop).ON THE PLUS SIDEBathroom was modern and clean.Hotel has a nice selection of features including in-room coffee makers, microwaves and refrigerators.Hotel has an indoor pool/fitness room; we didn't have time to use them.The staff at the front desk was much above average.OTHER ISSUESThere were no ashtrays in the smoking room.TV preset channels skipped some that were available.Available in-room movie selection was limited to six movies.Internet connectivity is difficult; we needed an internet bridge (available at the front desk; 100 deposit).

Hotel was very comfortable. We thought it had a workout room but it did not. Staff very friendly Friday night @ check-in.

Location was good; indoor pool was not bad. Rooms smelled like smoke; damage to wall, bed linens. Our hotel stay was okay, but not great. My eight-year-old could not get passed the smoke smell, even though our room was asked to be non-smoking; he wanted to leave. The room was dingy, missing some light bulbs. There was a hole in the wall and smoke burns on the bed spread as well as other suspicious stains. The telephone and alarm clock were unplugged. The pool area was okay, the water a little too cool. Breakfast was only served until 9:00 a.m. so we missed out on that.

Upon checkin, the girl at the desk was very sweet and helpful. After giving us our keys, she asked if we knew where to go for dinner. She drew us a map of the area with very detailed instructions about the best way to get there and even called to make a reservation for us. After dinner, we came back and she asked how our food was! We are from California and this kind of attitude blew us away! We will always stay here when we're in town! Thanks!

The front desk staff. Location. The hotel rooms need a sheer over the window to let light in. The only window treatment was a drape and when pulled, everyone could look in your room.

The staff was very helpful and nice. It needs routine maintenance and new quieter air conditioners! The hotel was clean and well kept by the friendly staff, but the ownership needs to step up and do some updating. Especially to the A/c's, as they made me feel like I was in a truck stop parking lot, it was so noisy, and little things like stretching the rugs out so one doesnt trip on the rolls in the loose carpet. As a former manager of a resort, I am rather picky, but this Comfort Inn overall was acceptable with a 7 out of 10 personal rating, could be a 9 with improvements mentioned. Bottom line: I would go back as it was clean, and that is more important to me.

Indoor pool and hot tub. Could have been a little cheaper. Good location. Beds were a little soft but comfortable. Have stayed there before and will again if I have to go back to Oklahoma City.

It had a bed, and after driving for over 20 hours I needed it. I founded beetles in between the sheets of my bed, and the clerk did nothing about it. It was fine with my stay, until I found beetles in between the sheet of my bed. The clerk at the front desk said they are just beetles we get them all the time.

The microwave and refrigerator in the room was a big plus. The north side of the hotel was against an 18-wheel truck sleep parking lot. My kids loved the indoor pool. The refrigerator in the room helped a lot since we were able to keep snacks and drinks in the room. They need a pitcher of ice water for the continental breakfast. Staff was always very friendly and helpful.

I left my luggage. They held onto it and didn't disturb anything. Convenient and economical. Check in was quick. The beds were comfortable. The refrigerator in the room was great. And breakfast was yummy.
