Date of Stay: May, 2009

When we arrived, the person at the desk did not know how to check in people. We waited about 10 minutes until that person had to go to the neighboring hotel to get the front desk person. Everything was quick after that point. Upon getting to the room, it was found to be a smoking room. I assume most hotels are smoke free, but if not, only put smokers in smoking rooms. Room was mostly clean, but not great. After the trip when talking to my brother, he stayed at the same hotel a year ago and was also not happy about being put in a smoking room. It makes me question Comfort Inn's policies in booking.

Attractive, clean, pleasant, new, strong wi-fi. Overall quite nice. Meager towels, furniture veneer peeling, location a bit out of the way. Pro: Overall comfortable and pleasant, more or less new. Nice lobby and hallways, even the stairs were carpeted. Staff friendly. Decent expanded continental breakfast with yogurt, waffles. Fridge and microwave in room.Con: Towels were thin and small. Hot water kept going tepid - could have been just that one faucet fixture. Hotel did not have change available for laundry over a weekend, and no manager on duty to assist. Veneer already peeling on work desk.

A refreshing experience. This appears to be a well managed motel with clean nicely decorated rooms and friendly staff. Some rate it as a 2 star, I think it is more of a 3 star with a 2 star price. I was very happy with the place and would certainly recommend it.

It appears as though the level of service at this hotel as decreased just with in a month. What happened?

Stayed here before with a positive stay and had hoped for a relaxing get-away but was sadly disappointed. Noise from mulititude of teens until early morning hours despite requests to the desk. Stomping on floors etc. Church service in house in the am with LOUD amplification. Miserable experience.

great motel, very clean, continental breakfast was the best selection I've every seen-belgian waffles (make your own), fresh fruit, etc,. Staff very friendly
