When I got to the hotel, we saw the beatiful lobby. I checked out the rooms before we booked them. The pillows were soft, they had televisions and a refrigerator. Not only that, but I could walk to Carowinds from the hotel! It was the best hotel I've been to by far. A++++++

For the most part, the experience was good. All in all, we wound up with what we wanted... A place to crash after a long day at Carowinds. The location was great, as was the complimentary breakfast, but the hallways and the "non smoking" room still smelled like cigarette smoke.

The rooms were not dirty, but the overall condition of the hotel was run donw. Nothing more than a room to sleep in. The hair dryer and the alarm clock did not work. Convenience to the interstate was good.

Rooms were clean. Big plus, refrigerator and microwave in room. Great for family, free continental breakfast. Courteous staff. Highly recommend for anyone.

Front desk very very friendly. Out of the week, the sheets were changed 1 time. Getting into bed found where I misplaced my reading glasses lol. Internet kept going in & out. But that was okay.

The breakfast was well presented. Carpet was not clean in room. Basic accommodation with no frills but the price is right.

In the room we found hardened bubble gum on the baseboard beside the bed. 2nd night the toilet overflowed from the back of the tank, when we called the desk we were told they would ""TRY"" and find someone. Now bear in mind that the water has begun to run into the carpet. A gentleman came up with a plunger and stood and looked at it; he determined it was ""OK"" when asked about the floor ""he will TRY"" and get a wet vac; which never happened. As I sat by the pool and watched housekeeping clean other rooms the lady never changed the sheets, just the pillowcases.

The hotel was mediocre but the evening/night clerk was wonderful. He was pleasant and great with directions.He always had a smile for me and was polite to my whole party. I traveled with 5 children. The bathrooms were very small,even just for two. When the door was opened, it barley missed the toilet. The room in general was in need of maintenance.The location of the hotel could not have been any closer to the amusement park. The customer service I received will warrant another stay by my family.

The wife was free. The room was horrible. Nothing was plugged in, and the lamp was out of the wall. This hotel is horrible. They were finishing a renovation, in which the room we stayed in was supposedly just finished. Nothing in the room was plugged in; not the phone, the television, nothing. The lamp that was supposed to be screwed into the wall was lying on the floor. For a place that was "recently renovated", it seemed like they needed to do a lot more.

We had a poolside room. My kids loved playing in the pool, and we had a good time. The pool and our room were clean. The rooms are a little outdated, but they were fine for the price.

We arrived very tired, but thankfully the check-in process took less than three minutes! What a relief.

Charge to postage to my bill. They told me the house keeping would't be in until the next day and tocall them back!I don't think so. The hotel's movie stations would not work and we couldn't get a channel on even after they tried to fix it.

As soon as I entered the hallway of the smoking rooms the smell of smoke was so strong. The smell in my room was worse. I called the front desk but they didn't have anymore non-smoking rooms. I asked them to come spray and they never did.

This hotel has a great location and the room was very comfortable/clean. The hotel is located across from a outlet shopping mall. I found the hotel staff to be very friendly and very accomodating. The room was very clean and large. Overall, my stay wat this hotel was very enjoyable.

The hotel itself was quiet. The hotel was right beside a place that shot fireworks until 11 or 12 p.m. Overall, it did it's purpose.

Location to highway is great, however not many restaurants on exit. Only one restaurant at this exit. Overall this hotel was very clean and nice. I would stay there again.

The location was good for my business trip. No comfortable chair to sit in to watch TV. It suited my needs and is likely a hotel I will choose in the future due to location in reference to the businesses I call on in the area.

The room was roomy and comfortable. Difficult to get to from the interstate. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The "extended" continental breakfast was perfect.
