everything is good except no free parking...

We got to leave. Everything. This franchise was poorly kept and just plain dirty. Staff was rude and not competent. I would never stay here again, even if doing so landed me a new BMW.

Hotel is located at Flushing(China Town). room was very c learn and well maintain. Staffs are very helpful. They give me information about sub way direction, restaurants information. They are wonderful service.

Nice location and clean room. Price is great!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is in a semi-dangerous area. Location is the worst part, really can't be walking around at night. Lots of vandalism and the hotel is located in the middle of Chinatown. Room smelled a bit musty. Room was standard for a comfort inn and the hotel staff was very helpful in recommending places to park (they don't have any), and arranging town cars for pick-up when necessary.

I would never stay here again! The good: The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were fine. The staff really went out of their way to be helpful. The bad: This hotel still has smoking floors- which was definitely NOT helpful for our allergic friend staying there. The really ugly:The neighborhood is NOT what I'm looking to come 'home' to while on vacation. Even cabs didn't seem to want to take us back. We took a trip there for the US Open, and chose those hotel because it was "walking distance" from the stadium. That- it was CERTAINLY not. You had to take a train to and from Shea Stadium- in the evening though, that was not the safest option. In the future, I would stay in Manhattan- there's much more to do locally, and more variety. Unless you're up for a Law and Order style adventure or know you can hold your own in unsafe neighborhoods- I would venture elsewhere in the city! I grew up in a city, but was still really overwhelmed with the neighborhood.

While taking a shower in the morning of the last day, on 15 July, I fell in the bath tub. The tub was slippery, there was no bath mate on the tub floor, and the safety bar was located in the back of tub where it was unreachable, when I was trying to get hold of it. I was having excruciating pains and was driven by my husband to the emergency room. The X-ray result revealed a broken rib bone on my body. I was hurt severly and was unable to go to work for a week. To date, the pains still persisted.

Convenient and reasonable price for NYC visit. Telephone support very bad at night. Three rooms for 2 nights were reserved for a group persons, unfortunately, due to the international travel uncertainty, a person could not.

Room was small and ""dingy"", but relatively clean. Beds weren't overly comfortable

The people were very helpful. This hotel was fine. It was clean nice and well kept.

This was a good location for my educational conference, but is was really small for the money. I realize this is NY but for *, I would have expected a little more space. It was clean and tidy. A well cared for facility, but small.

Staff in the front desk was friendly and helpful. Staff in the restaurant was talking loudly. Location is quite good because it's close to the subway station. Breakfast was OK but the staff there was not friendly. Room was clean and cozy.

Clean, staffs are very helpful, convience transpotation. sub way few block away from hotel. Very close to US open tennis center and Shea .

Clean and convenient to public transportation. Parking difficult. The hotel provided a clean, comfortable room and is good for those who only need a place to sleep. It is excellent for those who have connections in the area as it is conveniently located to public transportation and within walking distance of Shea stadium. A continental breakfast in provided but, unless you are a fan of Chinese cuisine, there are no other eating establishments nearby. Being picked up or dropped off can be difficult during the day as there is no parking or drop off space in front of the hotel, which can cause traffic pile-ups on the street.

Close to the airport. Very bad neighborhood, very sketchy, far from NYC. The hotel is in a very bad neighborhood. It is not in the airport so you have to take a ride in a cab, and arrive at a polluted, dangerous looking, very simple hotel. Room was small, dark, but clean. The Staff was mostly Chinese and spoke English with a very heavy accent which proved very difficult to understand. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are backpacking and really do not care.

It was close to the airport. There was absolutely no parking and I got a ticket for parking on the street. It was located in a pretty seedy area and it was acceptably clean and the hotel staff were very nice but I had to haul my bags up the stairs and there was absolutely no parking available.

Location to my project site. Lack of parking. The room was a little small, but very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful in referring restaurants for dinner.

Clean, comfortable, a "standard" comfort inn. It was a 45 minute subway ride from Manhattan. The room was clean, the staff was helpful, and it is in a good area of flushing, close to shear. It is a long way from Manhattan, but the subway is convenient.
Date of Stay:
May, 2007
Clean and easy access to public transportation. Nothing in vending machines, lack of none Asian food in area. The hotel room was clean and quick access to public trans are great if you don't want to pay big rates up in the city.
Date of Stay:
March, 2007
My wife and I were in the area to visit our son, daughter in law and our new born grandson. We will plan to stay in this hotel on all future visits. Parking is a problem at the door, but the secure lot at the foot of 37th sty. Of $15 per 24 hours is excellent. The staff was most helpful, even in the continental breakfast area. Too bad that their lack of an on site restaurant rates them with a max 2.5 stars.
