We had a very disappointing experience at Comfort Inn Fallsview. We registered for two nights. We had 2 cars. The parking lot was full so they told us to park a bit farther, around the corner, close to the restaurant. They charged us $9 a day for parking. The last day they have towed our cars. We talked with the reception staff and manager, and then we learned they should have given us some parking permits to display in our cars, but they never did, so the cars were towed. They didn't want to take the responsibility for their mistake. We even had to call police. They even lied to police telling them they gave us the permits. But there is no a single reason for not displaying our permits in our cars if they have ever given them to us. Finally we had to expend $500 extra to get our cars back from the deposit and go back to NYC. So disappointing with the hotel, staff and manager. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

This hotel is in a perfect location and has great food too ! Right in front of Niagara Falls and near the new Casino but still at the best price we could find in the area. Will recommend to all our friends.

Great location, hotel was clean, pools are nice, parking was bad, needs bigger breakfest area.

The hotel was lovely, clean and convenient to the casino and falls. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there are several very good restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice. There was free wireless internet and a very small balcony which you could just get a glimpse of the falls. I would stay here again. Inexpensive, clean, and friendly.

Outgoing front desk, can see glimpse of falls from balcony. I had to leave. I always research a lot of hotels before I travel and in this case was no different. The price issuper for the quality you get. Front desk great, everything within walking distance and the parking is cheap at $9 a day. I will be staying here again!Free breakfast, free internet and great 3rd floor balcony view!

The location and price are good, but we ended up with a dirty ice bucket, scummy, cold water in the whirlpool, a clogged shower drain, and a very narrow, dark room.

We recently brought our niece and nephew for a 2 night,3 day stay--room was very small with very small bathroom; room was clean and service good, except for continental breakfast which was very limited and woman stood guard at the door to prevent taking anything out. Location is excellent--1 block from incline and 2 blocks to people mover and casino---many good but very expensive restaurants within walking distance. One of the few hotels with reasonable parking. Would recommend if on limited budget.

Having visited Niagara Falls, Canada, many times, this year we decided to stay at The Comfort Inn, Fallsview. It is very close to the Casino, and within walking distance to the Falls. Rooms are small but very clean and staff is wonderful, and very commentating. The pool is great, however the jacuzzi could have used better maintenance. The Contential Breakfast was average, but the lady who ran the breakfast room was lovely, and polite and everything was spotless! Overall it was the best stay we have had at a hotel in Niagara Falls, Canada!

Location to attractions. Noise. The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the first floor and close to the ice machine and breakfast area, which made it a little noisy. The breakfast area was very small for a hotel that had 8 floors. It only held 30 people. The breakfast wasn't very good either.

We have stayed in Niagara Falls on many different occassions. This was our third time at this hotel. We loved the place and its location and friendly staff. They have a large indoor and outdoor pool with hottubs.(Great for relaxing in after a long day of exploring). We also love the fact that we dont have to pay for our car to be valet. That is a nuisance at other places we have stayed in. Also this hotel is located just above the falls and you can hear the actual falls. The casino is also across the street. We have never had any luck there ourselves, but some friends won large. There are alot of great restaurants in the area, but be wary of the franchises, they are really expensive. Anyway love the place and staff, but above all else the location and the inexpensive price.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn by the casino and the Falls last night. Staff were very accomodating, especially the nice lady in the breakfast room, and the room was spotless and the bed comfortable. We were just across the street from the Fallsview Casino and the restaurant at the hotel had a great menu. Wish we had time to stay longer, we were surprised how much there is to see and do even in March !

This hotel is close (10 minutes walk) to the falls and the rooms are newer. However, the staff are most unfriendly and the continental breakfast closes at 9am! The checkout time is 11am, but we got locked out at 1030am. When our toilet backed up someone handed us a plunger instead of fixing the problem. Overall, a very bad experience.

One of the most frustrating continental breakfasts I've ever seen. The room holds a max of 30 people (fire marshall rules) and they have 7 tiny tables. They have an attendant who keeps the door shuts and only lets people in when a table is open. They do not allow anyone to carry food back to room, not even coffee. The breakfast is only offered from 7-9:00 even on weekends. If you are still waiting in line at 9:00, you're out of luck. Line starts forming at 7:15 on summer weekends. If you are lucky enough to get in, it's not worth the wait--juice, coffee, a few cold muffins, cold cereal, that's about it. No bagels, no toasters, no waffles, no fruit... you get the picture. Management won't make any amends because it's a "free service." So if you stay, plan on going out for breakfast, and add about $10/day/person to the price of the room to pay for that.

We were only staying for one night so we wanted to make the most of the time we had there and while we were getting ready we lost power in our room. This hotel is the smallest hotel of all that surround it. The interior of the hotel was nice and the rooms were clean, except our shower which had random hair in it. The thing that upset me the most was that while were were getting ready to go out for the evening we lost power in our room for 20 minutes. There was not bad weather or wind which would normally cause such an outage. The staff were helpful however in recommending an excellent restaurant in the nearby casino. I would most likely not stay here again though.

Close to casino. No HBO. It was close to attractions, but so are 20 other hotels. They were very polite and did get toilet paper to room that should've been their before we got their.
