The Comfort Inn OK City was comfortable nice beds liked the beds. We had a handicap room and it worked very well for my husband. The recliner in the room was very uncomfortable and hard to get out of. Provided lots of towels and the family enjoyed the swimming pool.

Close to the expressway. Dirty bathrooms, bad breakfast, and not the safest area. Good for staying for a couple of nights but not for anything romantic or relaxing.

Excellant overall experiance. Called ahead for an early check-in and the staff had no trouble with that at all. The non-smoking was a pleasure. Cleanliness was top notch. The shower in the room was to die for, after 13 hours driving from home to there, the massaging head could just about tear your hide off. I say this in a good way, it felt like heaven. After staying in hotel beds some are way to hard, some are way to soft, THIS ONE WAS JUST RIGHT! Thanks I would recommend this one to anyone traveling through OK.

The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and seemed large. The bed was comfy. The only problem was the pool. It was closed two of the three days I was there. The fitnes room was not too great. THery only had an exercise bike some type of weight machine and a treadmill. I was hoping for an elipticle. The room was very small. All in all it was good experiance and I would suggest it to a friend.

The price. Surrounding neighborhood and average cleanliness. At first glance, this hotel seemed ok. It served our purpose; overnight stay for a horse show. However, the common hallways and old and dirty. Rooms are ok but not that clean. Continental breakfast is very basic; we only ate there one day. The pool and hot tub seemed ok. Basically was good enough for a place to sleep and shower.

Very clean and very affordable. Kind of noisy, you could hear next door tenants. Need more insulation between walls for privacy of tenants, other than that is pretty good. Very friendly staff and helpful.

The beds were very comfortable. I felt bad because I couldn't stay the second night. This hotel was very nice and would use these accommodations again when in the area.

General location. Hot tub broken / in pool too cold. Choose hotel due to hot tub & location, hot tub broken. Picked a smoking room, but changed to no smoking due to the smoking stance from previous uses. Beds were comfortable and quit. Will probably stay there again due to location.

Great hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice pool and workout area. Staff was great with helping. Nice continental breakfast. My only complaint is the amount of light coming in the room from parking lot. Had to put the comforter over the window to sleep.

Kids loved the indoor pool. Had lots of freeway noise in room. I choose this hotel because of the indoor pool. It was fantastic and my kids had a great time swimming. However, the room was dark even with all the lights on. Our room was on the front side and the freeway noise was awful. It sounded like the window was open, but I checked several times to make sure that it wasn't. I'm sure a room on the back side would have been much more desirable.

Nothing. They copied my credit card front and back. They made copies of my credit card, front and back. I couldn't sleep knowing that someone had that information. I believe this is a big security problem for anyone using a credit card.

The staff was somewhat friendly. The room was filthy and I did not feel safe walking outside. When I arrived at the hotel I was not at ease with the area. Once in the room, I was disgusted because the room was so filthy. My partner and I did not even stay the entire night because the room was so dirty we felt we could not get any rest there.

The hotel was clean and convenient to get to and the pool area was great. They were still cleaning the room that we reserved but offered to move us. This hotel was very family oriented they had floaters and rings for the kids to play in the pool with. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

It was Ok. It was OK. The spa did not work - this is one reason I picked this hotel - the swimming pool was too hot - not warm it was hot - wife and I did not stay in it very long - ice machine on second floor did not work - drinks were not allowed in pool area - parking is really bad.

Friendly staff. Inadequate parking near main entrance. This hotel was very clean with friendly staff. An elevator offered easy access to our room which is important since my husband has medical problems.

Night staff was undermanned but the gentlemen who helped us was very good. Our room was by the ice machine had a problem so we didn't sleep all night. Not a bad location. Kind of hard to get to. We were there for one night to just stay in OKC and get away. Staff was helpful. I think your breakfast needs to stay open later on a Sat. 6-9 isn't late enough when people like to take their time on a Sat morning. Our first room was a smoking room that had been deodorized (didn't work) but the clerk changed our room and was very helpful. You just need more than one person on the premises during the evening time especially on weekends.

Indoor pool. Did not have enough towels or pillows. The hotel was a good place to stay for the money. The only downside was there were no extra pillows or towels when we asked for them. They told us they were out.
