We were very comfortable at the hotel. Clean and quite. Will stay there again when we go to Eureka. Whick will be the end of July or August 1st. We were in town for a wedding and we will be there for another wedding. Nadine Miller

Location. Smoking, room raggedy and cost. From the outside it looks inviting, but once inside the rooms are old, beds uncomfortable, carpet coming up. I think it could be a great hotel if it was remodeled.

Front desk staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. We stayed in the Garden Suites and enjoyed a large room, a comfortable bed, and a jacuzzi that was well worth the money. The complimentary breakfast was a delight to the tastebuds. We will stay again!

A friend and I had gone to Eureka for a two day get away. We had a great time and saw most of everything we had planned.

Good location. We were given a smoking room and bathtub was not cleaned. Room was very smelly and you can hear the persons in the adjoining room as if the door was open. The comforters were supposed changed out due the smell from the smoking room, but they weren't.

I booked here because of the reviews. I thought the grounds were nice but it is just a typical older hotel room. A little over rated stay in the historical section of downtown if at all possible.

A victorian manor with all of the charm you might expect. Staff treat you like their personal guests. Room was comfy and very clean. Spectacular view of the mountains (hills) from our room, with outside seating in corners to drink tea and watch the sunrise/sunset. Breakfast is served in the Victorian Tea Room offering freshly made quiche, muffins, extensive selection of teas and the other standard stuff. I will definitely stay again and recommend it highly.

The Comfort Inn of Eureka Springs, Arkansas had everything needed to make us comfortable. We were greeted warmly ,told about breakfast and asked if they could help us with direction, places to eat,. The room was spacious, clean and bath was newly updated. plenty of towels and lots of t.v.channels to pick from. The grounds were quite attractive, pool area nicely furnished. Breakfast was more than expected, hot and cold items ,fruit and good coffee.

Beautiful view. Beautiful view in a less expensive hotel with easy access to shopping, sites in Eureka Springs.

It was not bad, but not great. Strange housekeeping practices. Over all not bad, however, their housekeeping practices are odd. I had never stayed in a hotel where the room was not made up each day. What they did do was to take the damp towels and not leave clean towels in their place. We had to go ourselves to the lobby to get towels. Fortunately we noticed this before needing the towels.

The location wasn't far from main attractions. It wasn't worth 80 dollars a night. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, the rooms are fair, the price is too high.

The location, the staff and overall appearance was good. We would stay again. We had to much deodorizer spray in our room. We were unable to get the strong smell out. We enjoyed our stay in Eureka Springs and were very comfortable with our accommodations. The pool was a bit small, but we will probably stay there again. We really appreciated the outside sitting areas and the beautiful landscaping. It made our stay relaxing after warm days of activities.

No noise and clean. Nothing. This hotel is very clean with friendly employees.

Very comfortable queen size bed. Many motel beds are not that comfortable. Drink and snack machines did not work well. The room was very nice and relaxing. Comfortable beds. Shower and tub were large. I am 6'5" and the mirror accommodated my height very well. Will likely stay here again when we travel to eureka spring.

Better than ever expected. No dislikes. It was one of the best looking hotels on the strip and the employees were great.

Nice hotel in a very good location. Clean and comfortable. This was a nice hotel and located in a central part of town, small pool but very attractive. I would stay here again.

It is a very beautiful hotel; clean. Good deluxe breakfast. One of the breakfast staff was not very polite; was a bit rude to customers. Also internet would not work in our room. This is a very pretty hotel that we have stayed at before; the location is also very convenient.
