Bathroom amenities and towels were good. Food bar was limited, but waffles were a nice touch. No elevator! Condition and comfort of room was excellent, but lack of an elevator was a real negative. We are 72+ years old and did not enjoy the stairs!

The room was quite clean with a fridge and microwave. Nice bed. Breakfast was good and came with a waffle which was a nice touch. Would Stay again.

It had a bed. Bathroom mold, dirty carpet, slow internet. This hotel had dirty carpet in the hallway. The shower was moldy. The internet was painfully slow. The workers were friendly.

I have now stayed in all of the available rooms in Ellensburg including CWU and the Comfort Inn is the best. Its not the highest price, and it also had the best range of cable stations with the best beds. Everything was very well maintaned and the staff was helpful and friendly. Nice Job.

The bed was comfortable. Light fixtures broken and strong cigarette smoke in halls. The continental breakfast was terrible with apple juice that was so watered down you could barely taste the juice. There was only cold cereal to chose from, with a few apples and few muffins. Very disappointed with the breakfast, cigarette smoke and maintenance needed rooms.

They allowed dogs - I was traveling with dogs. It is not well marked from the street - you have to drive through parking lots to get to it. I was stuck on the east side of the passes (all closed due to avalanches) - motels could have charged an arm and a leg - but I got a fair price for a good room. The clerk was friendly and gave me a room at the end with the exit right there. I had 2 dogs with me, one being a puppy, and it made it so much easier. There was a fridge and microwave in the room, a very nice thing to have.

Modern room decorations and furnishings. Staff lacked friendliness and approachability. An acceptable location for a short overnight stay for a business traveler who will not spend much time in the room. Room was a little pricy for the accommodations. The bathroom was not well suited for people of average height and the water pressure of the shower was more like a dripping water faucet.

The clean swimming pool and breakfast. No outdoor space. This is a very clean and neat hotel with comfortable rooms.

Easy to find near many places to dine. There are no words it was great. The hotel was very clean and exceptionally comfortable.

I liked the king size bed great bath. Day staff person was rude and there was no restaurant. First of all we over paid.
