Friendly night check in staff but not morning check out staff. Ok for travelers.

Location was convenient. One of the people who worked the front desk was rude. The lobby and half of the hotel smelled like smoke even in "no smoking" areas.

Affordable, yet all the comfort we needed. Continental breakfast was even included. Great for skiing, room was accessible from the patio door and we could unload all of our sport equipment easily.

Location of the hotel is good. We asked for a non-smoking room, but they said they don't have vacancy and gave us a smoking room. The location of the hotel is good. However, we asked for a non-smoking room, but they said they don't have vacancy and gave us a smoking room. Giving us smoking room violates the rule and make our stay really uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Very close to old Quebec. They offer a continental breakfast but there is no restaurant to eat it in. All was well except the lack of restaurant. We had a pleasant stay and the room was better than expected.

Location was convenient. I was given a smokers room, my sister has bronchial problems and my friend is asthmatic so their second night in that room was not very pleasant. I think the customer service is very important, I felt the initial reception from the staff was unfriendly, perhaps non whites are not welcome there.

The location was perfect and the staff very friendly. No pool or hot tub. Great place to stay. Close to downtown Quebec city and to the canyon in St. Anne.

Location is good. Bed mattress is not good for two people. Location and view were both good, but the bed is not comfortable.

It does qualify a 2-star hotel for sure. Nothing I can complain. The hotel is located in a small mall with McD and KFC and a gas station close by. it is close to highway. room is nice and clean. well worth what I paid for.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel staff must be very familiar of all freeways leading to the hotels and leaving the hotel for other cities. Overall experience very good. Location was confusing. Lost my way and time locating this hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast excellent. I will surely recommend to my friends.

Near old Quebec city, breakfast. No swimming pool. Near old Quebec city and a lot of places to eat around. near the Montmorency falls.

It's clean, comfortable, friendly. Nothing. The price is good! Everything is great! clean, friendly, comfortable!

Cleanliness, friendly stuff. Far from the center of the city. I luckily found a room at this hotel in the busy summer vacation season that almost there were no rooms available at hotels in the Quebec city. I was happy about the price and the comfortable stays, but the hotel is located a bit far from the city. So I do not recommend to travelers who do not drive up to the Quebec.

Clean, helpful staff, relatively easy to locate. A bit too far from downtown. Recommended if you do not need to be close to downtown.
