Hot tub was nice, checkout very easy. Heater/AC. was noisy. Staff friendly and helpful. Checkout was a cinch. Pool a little small, but big enough to get some exercise in, hot tub a plus! Heater in my room was noisy, but I got used to it after the first night. If I had to visit the area again for business, I would choose this hotel.

Clean comfortable room. Only problem was one of the tv's in our suite was about to go out, picture was white and fuzzy. Felt very secure with family. Expected better variety for breakfast for the price we paid. Overall happy.

We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I did not like staying in a handicapped accessible room. However, there were no other Non-smoking with a King bed.

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the included breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean and kind staff Room and hotel in general were really clean and staff was very pleasant. I will visit this hotel again on my next trip to Penn State.

Clean, pleasant property. Excellent value for the money. Attentive front desk staff. Small but adequate pool. Exercise room was somewhat disappointing with only two treadmills and one stationary bicycle but overall very good experience. Good location and probably one of the better properties in the Altoona, PA, area.

I liked the location of the hotel because it was minutes away from my business appt the next day. There was nothing I disliked about the hotel. For my purposes it met my needs. Hotel was calamity snowed that night, the sidewalks were cleaned off. The continental breakfast was healthy. The area was also kept very clean. Please complement the lady who took care of this area sat 1/20/2007 in the am. She made sure all the beverages were full, the area was clean and not messy. She also wiped the tables off when the guests were finished.

Hotel is clean, well-maintained and reasonably priced. Best I've stayed at in area. Had misfortune of staying during kids hockey tournament and front desk did nothing to control hall noise. They have a waffle maker now!

It was a very nice place, a little hard to find off of Rt. 22 on the way to Penn State. The room was much larger than I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
