Good hotel if your visiting Penn's Landing or Dave & Busters. I'm still trying to understand why they charge $23.00 for parking per night & $1.50 safe insurance. Last time choosing this hotel. Good due to being next to major highway which you hear all night. Its not worth the money find another hotel.

The location and the price were very enticing, and my friends and I were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and they provided a free shuttle service around the historic area. We had some trouble getting our room keys to work, but each time we asked for help from the desk they were very nice, gracious, and quick to help. Parking was pricey ($23 a day), and one of our beds was a little saggy, but I would recommend staying here anytime you visit Philadelphia on a budget.

Morning coffee ready at 5 am. They had WIFI, but it only worked intermittently.

enjoyed my stay and found the staff very helpful. a restaurant onsite would have made it a 'very good' as well! - but there were places who delivered to the hotel.

Room was clean, however, first room they sent me to was a smoking room (even though I booked a non-smoking). Front desk seemed put out that I wanted to change. Lots of noise in hallways with doors banging, kids running from room to room (past midnight). Couldn't identify specific room to the front desk, so no action taken. Shower head was terrible. ** after taxes was way too much for this room.

Took our daughter on a trip to the zoo and aquarium, hotel was in a great location, however the service left a lot to be desired. Couldn't find our reservation, but the issue was resolved promptley! There was water damage on the ceiling of our room. We used the van transportation into town, and got there just fine, but when it was time to be picked up we called and were told the van was broken down. Called hotel to see if someone else could pick us up, but were told no one was available. Had to walk back with our two year old! Were disappointed that the hotel was unwilling to help!!! Probably would not stay there again!

This hotel is located right between the expressway and the bridge to New Jersey. It is hard to get to. The traffic noise kept me awake all night.

This hotel was rather close to USP, which was mainly the reason to stay here. I had to drop my son off to college, and pick him up the next day. This hotel was a good price and a very good location. It is a little walk to Penn's Landing, but if you don't mind the walking, they have very nice shops in that area.

Fresh waffles at breakfast. Overnight parking was $25! Get a river view room if you can. Don't expect much; it's a cheap hotel. Location is not that amazing. If you come on Sunday night and leave Monday morning park your car at the meters (it's free on Sundays). Pillows were really good.

It took over 20 minutes to check in, during which the staff was very rude and impolite. They took several phone calls (some personal) while I was trying to check in. Also, the price for the room and additional for parking was not worth the room and amenities. The ""fitness center"" is one eliptical machine and one bike, with a mirror to make it look like four machines. They offer a free shuttle, but it had been in accident that day and was not running.

Good location to visit historic Philadelphia and run along the river. Sadly, somebody made a mistake when transcribing Orbitz's fax to the hotel reservation system and Sheron at the front desk wouldn't do anything to acknowledge the mistake and correct it.

Great view to the river. Awkward access due to the highway. The hotel was very nice, comfortable and clean. Really met my expectations, even exceeded in terms of the quality of a room. Some of the staff were not as friendly as some others, but the bottom line was I could recommend this hotel strongly.

The people at the front dest were very abrupt and pushy. Lobby was way too small for the volume of people checking in and the breakfast room was very cramped. Bathrooms filthy and small, although the rest of the room was pretty spacious. But overall, the hotel is not worth its prices

The hotel held my security deposit because they said there was an impression in the wall. The only time we were even in the hotel was when we were sleeping, the rest of the time we were enjoying the city. I feel they got over on us but what could we do, I was very unhappy with the way things were handled. Bar Tender was freindly though.

We loved how our room overlooked the water way. $23 parking fee and were a little upset by this. The hotel was very clean and accommodating. My husband and I celebrated our 22 year anniversary and found it to be romantic. We were very pleased that there was a shuttle to take us into South street where we enjoyed a meal. The shuttle driver was very friendly and courteous. We would definitely visit again. However, we were not happy with the $23 parking fee.

We checked it at Comfort Inn close to Stockbridge MA last month. It was very clean, w/ refrigerator and parking was free.

Safe in room. Internet access in the room was not always available although advertised. Lobby/bar minimal, casual. Most staff very friendly, nice. Easy to drive to and from.

Small fridge in room would be nice, hotel parking fee of $23.00 per night outrageous.Fee unknown until check out-not a good surprise!

The proximity to Market Street and the Sports Venues was great. Paying for parking when you are a paid guest. Overall, the Comfort Inn was a nice property, and for the price, it was a great value. The facilities were clean, although they were beginning to show their age. The room itself was nice and clean; beds were quite comfortable. I am not a fan of having to pay for parking when you area paid guest, however this is unfortunately common with most city hotels.
