Good value for price. Facilities adequate. Continental breakfast OK, but grill located next door is probably more worthwhile.

Location, friendly and helpful staff, bed was fairly comfortable. Old dirty carpet, comforter was dirty when we arrived, safe did not work.

they promised that the shuttle bus would pick us up after the concert and after MANY phone calls and 1 1/2 hours of waiting in the rain, they finally came to pick us up. Come to find out, the van had been in the parking lot of the hotel the whole time.

Less than 5 minutes from downtown. Beds were like sleeping on a rock.

The bathroom was dirty and did not have any soap or new toilet paper. The pillows were flat. The safe did not work. I slipped and fell on the front walk, it was raining and very slippery, no traction.

Quite. The price should include more services and facilities. I was charged $1.06 for something I do not know in my credit card account. I am not sure if this $1.06 was for the booking fee or not. And this hotel does not have any shuttle bus service. The breakfast is not good. For night, I think I can be more comfortable in other hotels.

Good position and nice breakfast. The room is humid and warm.

It was close to downtown Detroit. I did not like that the Shuttle was never available when I needed it. Had to spend more money on cab rides.

The evening/night staff was more willing to suggest sight seeing attractions. The hotel room that was first given had been used but they readily gave us a one. The attitude was poor as if she did not believe me at first. I would stay here again but I don't think the price was worth it for the Comfort INN. I have traveled alot and have paid less for the same or better quality accomodations.

Complimentary breakfast, treadmill, shuttle rides, friendly people. The drapes were ajar. Coffee table had syrup on it never cleaned. Nice people, very helpful, willingly gave shuttle rides to Cobo Arena, good complimentary breakfast.

Staff friendly and helpful. Free shuttle offered was great. Free breakfast nice. Not in the best area. A Cadillac in the parking lot close to our room had all 4 wheels stolen. Most of the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was relatively clean and comfortable. The free shuttle was great. There was a lot of loud partying at night that made it difficult to sleep. Security at the hotel needs to be updated - a new Cadillac in the parking lot was up on blocks in the morning - all four wheels were stolen!

The staff was helpful and friendly. Staff was great and the shuttle to Downtown also was great and cut down on the hassles of reading a map and driving. All in all a good hotel and fun time.

The location. The carpet in my room needed clean badly. Nice hotel, friendly employees, okay free breakfast in the morning.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was priceless. The room was small. Overall a great experience. The staff was very accommodating. We took the shuttle everywhere and the drivers were great, included a background of Detroit. Our room was small and the walls are thin but very worth the money.

Bed was very comfortable and convenient. Needed new bedspread and carpet in room. The staff was friendly and helpful, very affordable and convenient to attractions also parking lot had high gate and good lighting if rooms were updated this motel would get a higher rating, but I will say king size bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

I liked the environment of the hotel and the kindness of the staff. The breakfast could have been better. This hotel was very clean and a friendly environment. The staff answered all of my questions and helped with whatever they could. The room was clean and well stocked.

The free shuttle to downtown. The room smelled like a cross between stale cigarette smoke, old beer, and ass. The room smelled like a cross between stale cigarette smoke, old beer, and ass.
