Downtown Denver is tricky to navigate, but once past that the hotel was very accomodating. The free breakfast in the morning was very good, although as you might guess, a bit crowded. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They have an excellent parking service for $20 per day.

I prefer to park my own car, so I didn't like the valet parking.

Room was small, but cozy. Location is very convenient to shopping & public facilities.

Nice location but a little hard to find as it's sign is overwhelmed by the sign of it's neighbor, a pub (I believe). I was only 3 blocks away from where I was working that week. The room was nice, clean and everything was in working order. Because I was on the 17th floor it was quiet. They charged $20 for parking when you first arrive, but once you were in you could come and go at will without paying more which means that you won't be paying $14/day for parking in the local structures. The staff were helpful and friendly. I don't really care much for Denver (it's like a Milwaukee with mountains) but if my employer makes me return to Denver I would stay at this hotel again.

Me and my Sister were looking so forward to our stay and the Hotel was the worst experience of our trip. We arrrived at 5:00 p.m. had a reservation for a month and a half... they had no room available and we had to wait an hour for them to clean our room so we could unpack our luggage and relax. They have 2 elevators for how many rooms and 21 floors.... The loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. Room service forgot half our breakfast order and had to come back 3 times. The A/C didn't work. We had no coffee and no cups in our room. Housekeeping was banging on our door at 7:30 a.m. when we had a 2 nights stay wanting to clean!!! If it wasn't for having the Brown Palace room service, this hotel would be in trouble. The room was so small we could barely fit our luggage and have room for anything else. We received NO accomodations for our inconveniences. I would not recomment this hotel. The location is wonderful, but the hotel could definantly use some updating and some remodeling.

Our first trip to Denver... the hotel staff pointed us in the direction of restaurants when we asked about area attactions. They did not mention that we were only 1/2 block from the 16th street mall, which provides plenty to do for visitors. The area includes lots of shopping, restaurants, movie theatre, cafes and book stores.

Proximity to where I needed to be. Elevators were likely to break at any time and one was broken. The hotel was perfectly fine, in a good place, the breakfast and freeWIFI made it an excellent value.

Lovely hotel in a most convenient location in the heart of downtown Denver. We were in walking distance of great shopping and dining and easy driving distance of all desired locations. The staff was extremely helpful and very attentive to all our needs

Nice to stay in a place that didn't charge a fee for pets, even in a downtown area. Friendly staff, comfortable room, clean, great location near the 16th St. mall.

Great location. Small rooms. This hotel was perfect for what we wanted. We were staying a short weekend, wanted to be downtown, and wanted something clean and comfy. For the money you cannot beat the location and rooms of this hotel. The rooms were not huge, but perfect for two. We slept like gems, the room was clean, and we were close to everything. For young travelers, or a short business trip this is the best buy ever. We loved Denver and our hotel here! I never thought I would be so impressed with a Comfort Inn, but we will be back.

Good experience. Valet service was good. Good breakfast. Good price for a really good location. Only had one negative, which wasn't a big deal, but room only had one towel and called front desk to get a couple more and they never were brought up. Otherwise nice hotel with nice staff.

Location to all my clients' offices. Small room, loud toilets, paper thin walls. Great location, not great rooms, staff friendly and very helpful.

We were attending an event at the Colorado Convention Center and the location of the hotel was great (with in walking distance). The bathroom sink flooded while we were gone and soaked our stuff in hair residue. Our room was next to the elevators and the elevator squeeked all night. Did not know that valet parking was $20 per night when we made the reservation.

Proximity to the areas we were visiting. Entryway to the room was ridiculous. It was so narrow we had to move a chair to get our suitcase into the room. Hard beds, noisy pipes. The room was clean but very small.

The Comfort Inn is in a great location, and the staff is extremely competent and helpful. The property is nothing fancy - continental breakfast is bread products, cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs & sausage, pancakes, and some simple whole fruit - but perfectly adequate. The bedding has been upgraded and is comfortable. My only complaints are that the property is old - bathroom fixtures are outdated, not many electrical outlets - and the walls are pretty thin. Nonetheless, the hotel provides a very good value.
