Location was GREAT for a Mushroomhead concert at Peabodys. Staff was very freindly and helpful, including most of the guests that i met. Will definetliy use again when i need a Cleveland getaway.

Convienent location. Separate fee for parking. This hotel is good for spending the night for an event located in Downtown Cleveland. It is not extravagant or luxurious. But it was just what I was looking for.

Stayed here for shuttle service to Cleveland Clinic. Unfortunatly, Indian Festival in progress. Hotel was crowded and had a very bad odor of curry throughout. Had to get the room sprayed twice to relieve the stench. Also three nights the key did not work and needed assistance in getting into room. Would never stay here again although the hospital discount was attractive.

It is located a block from the Salvation Army and smells like wet paint and pickles. When we tried to resolve the issue the manager call us liars hung up on my husband.

Quiet hotel, right next to Theater District. Plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Good breakfast, very attentive staff. Air conditioning in room not real cold. We were very impressed with the staff. They called our room after we'd been there about an hour to ask if we needed anything. They were on top of replenishing food at the breakfast bar.

We stayed here while visitng Cleveland for a Brown's game. Somewhat lengthy walk to the stadium but not bad. The hotel room was very very clean, roomy Bed was comfortable. Nice to have the refrigerator and microwave in the room. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. Nice breakfast layout but crowded. Overall I would definitely recommed this Comfort Inn. Fairly priced.

This hotel was only a block or so from the theatre and several restaurants, making our trip to the Palace very convenient. The underground parking was VERY tight, and you had to pay extra for parking, but it was OK. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was just okay with me, dog. But our stay in September, 2008, was wonderful. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly, even when interrupted for questions. Progressive Field was an easy walk for the Indians game. Parking was easy and inexpensive. My wife and I will recommend this hotel to any friend or relative staying on the lakefront!

The continental breakfast was great. A cute area with large windows to look out to the city. There was no pool, and we were under the impression that there was a pool. Also the parking was pretty bad. Overall, it was good place to stay. People were nice, friendly and helpful.

Stayed August, 2008 for one night. One of the worst-maintained, dirty hotels I've seen. Mattresses stored on the floor in the middle of game room. Bar not open. Wallpaper peeling. Wouldn't stay again.

The building was full, including happy Yankee fans, and still quiet. Hotel is in just the right place. Walking distance to everything. Inexpensive parking. Shuttles. A good variety of rooms for all at great prices. Recent updated. Perfect bedding. The front desk and staff were helpful and friendly. All of our requests were taken care of. Breakfast was arranged nicely and included pleasant service. You'll want to come back again.

My stay at the Comfort Inn was quite enjoyable, clean and comfortable. The room was so much nicer than we had imagined, and for the price, it was the best value for a hotel that I have experienced for quite a while. I plan on making this my hotel of choice when I visit the Cleveland area next year.

Hotel room was huge with nothing to fill it lots of empty space. Over all it was a great experience.

We stayed at this hotel for a Cleveland Browns game and also New Year's Eve. It has a great location - if you don't mind walking a little. But, the nice thing is that it's off a main road and once you park and walk, you don't have to worry about traffic. Parking was a reasonable rate compared to Chicago and other larger cities. If you are going to a baseball game or the arena, it is right across the street. They have a van service that will take you around to downtown which we used to go to Tower City for shopping. Clean and staff was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The first room I was given smelled like someone had urinated on the carpet. I was moved to a different room which was moderately clean. The in-room coffee pot hadn't been cleaned and there was a long black hair on it. If there had been any other hotels available - I would have moved. No restaurant facilities for lunch or dinner. The nearby fast food restaurants were dirty and offered limited choices. I would never stay here again - or recommend it to anyone else.

Upon walking in my room and seeing the stained carpets the King size bed in this little area and the TV that barely worked I was Very Dissatified, The window feel out on my Fiances leg while we were laying in the bed, I had to talk to the manager and the General manager who assured me they would refund my money by June 4th 2007.

The constant odor from the subway shop located below was nauseating.
