With the Metra commuter train 3 miles aways, we have a perfect location. Our shuttle bus goes up to five miles around our property from 8:00am to 5:00pm. 24 hour advance notice is required from guests wishing to use this service. Must have 1 Adult 21 years or older in each room. Do not request rollaway beds. Pet Accommodation: 35.00/stay per pet. A maximum of 2 pets per room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was quiet and peaceful-we would definately stay there again.

It was close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The upstairs rooms were somewhat outdated and needed remodeled. We chose this hotel because of the closeness to the Good Samaritan Hospital. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The front desk clerk didn't open pool, when it was supposed to be open.

It was close to the interstate. The room smelled like stale smoke / horrible breakfast. The hotel management laid to us about their continental breakfast menu - said there were items that didn't exist when we got there. The room smelled horrible. Rear doors could easily be entered without a card - a real security issue.

Location is good. Noisy for a Monday night stay - slamming doors, etc. Adequate but nothing to recommend it.

The location. The staff was rude and we did not get the room we booked. We were greeted by a cussing front desk clerk, was unwilling to hardly help us check in. She made us feel like we were a burden to her. She wouldn't take the time to show us where our room was. We found our room and it was not a king bed/smoking. It was a queen/non-smoking. Cleaning staff did not speak English which made it difficult to even ask for extra towels.
