I arrived to Denver aat 1140. Did not get a shuttle until after 1am. After 5 calls to the hotel (which insisted that I was not in the correct place), the shuttle finally showed up...and it turns out I was in the correct spot. I had about 5 hours to sleep but couldnt very well due to noisy guests. Rooms are okay--tacky, but I only needed a place to rest for a few hours. Overall, one star. A customer should never have to call 5 times and wait 1.5 hours for a shuttle...no matter what the price of the room is.

Some of my relatives would have complained about something, or everything. I think the hotel should be 4 stars.

Hotel and pool area clean. Room large with king size bed which we found comfortable and with coffee maker in room. Bathroom OK with good shower. Pool small (not cold) but as I was the only one using it a pleasant break - hot tub also nice. Used shuttle service to and from airport which was practically on time. Staff were pleasant although the one young girl had difficulty in understanding me and my questions. Location ideal for airport but if you needed to get downtown it would be a problem as you would need to get a taxi. We had a city tour and they did pick us up from the hotel and dropped us off downtown. After a visit to Info centre we found out how to get a bus back to hotel. This was very cheap -took about 1½ hrs (but an experience!) and the people/drivers were very helpful and friendly and we did get back to the hotel.

We had a very early flight out of the DIA. The Comfort Inn was a great option for us. The shuttle was punctual and clean. I read other reviews that criticized the shuttle however it appeared they may have purchased a new shuttle. The driver was punctual and polite getting us to the airport in a very timely manner. My niece and nephew used the pool the night before and had a great time. The room was clean and the service was very nice. Everyone was very polite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needed an airport connection.

Upon checking in hotel at 4 p.m., we found our toilet clogged. Immediately asked for another room, but were told hotel was booked and only mgr. could authorize room change and he wouldn't be in until the next day. Maid came and attempted to unclog toilet, leaving carpet and floor all wet. Upon discovering this, asked front desk if maid could come back up to the room and clean up, was told maid probably went home. We were left to clean up wet carpet and floor ourselves using towels. Reported this to front desk, was told again by desk clerk, x, only mgr could authorization room change. Called travel website for help. Was told by Patricia at travel website that they could not help us. We were told that since the hotel is privately owned and managed all they could do was file a formal complaint. (All we really wanted was another room), but we did agree to file a formal complaint. At about 10:00 upon returning from dinner, our toilet is still clogged. Called down to from desk. Finally at 10:30 mgr, Steve, shows up with a plunger. He attempts to unclog the toilet and demonstrates how to flush a toilet. He thinks he's fixed it. Asked Steve about the statement posted throughout the hotel that states "100% satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your room or our service inform the front desk staff. If we cannot correct the situation in a timely manner and to your satisfacton, you will not be charged for your room." Steve replied, that he thought the fix was timely. Checked out of hotel next day, toilet still clogged.... This "Comfort Inn" truly provides "customer no service" would love to get a full refund from this horrible hotel.

Returning from Denver to Philadelphia and then New York, my plans changed and I needed to stay overnight in Denver before my flight out the next day. The price and location were right. I appreciated the shuttle service.

Close to airport, quiet. Floor of non smoking rooms still smelled like smoke. Efficient for what it is, an economy hotel. It served the purpose, was in a nice safe area and reasonable price.

This hotel was too expensive for what was offered. The hot tub was not working, the pool area was outdated and dirty, and the room was average. I expected more. The worst part is that we left our digital camera in the room when we checked out. When we realized it a few hours later, we called the hotel and it was no where to be found...the maids had already cleaned the room, but would not admit that they took the camera. The Hotel Manager tried looking on security cameras, but found nothing. If you stay at this hotel...be wary of the housekeeping staff.

checked into hotel with newborn only to find a/c not working properly. called desk, they said they knew there were problems and the mnager would have to call me back. when the manager called back, he said they were haveing a/c problems and that he could let me stay for free. I explained that i had a baby and couldnt sleep in that hot room and wanted a different room. he said they were full and i could check out and they would refund my charge HOWEVER since i paid through travel online, he could not give me a refund, i would have to get it from travel online. i asked for a letter stating the a.c was out and the manager refused to come to the desk and speak with me and said he would only deal with travel online.... so far i have no refund and i had to drive 20 miles away to find a replacement hotel

Close to airport. Poor outside maintenance. Hotel room and bed was clean - outside of hotel was tacky. Easy access to Denver International Hotel. Less expensive than closer hotels. Close to restaurants.

this wasn't our choice - were traveling with relatives - their choice- they picked for free airport shuttle since we weren't getting a rental car until next day. room was average- alot of noise in halls with people slamming doors - walls are thin- fire alarm went off in the middle of the night twice and when we called the front desk they said "sorry false alarm". They were having a "free buffet" to celebrate their recent remodeling which consisted of sandwich makings, chicken wings and cheese so that was our dinner since you have to walk anywhere else to eat if you don't have a car. Their continental breakfast was average - nothing special. No microwave or refrigerator in room.

Stayed for 3 days to visit family in Denver area. Very, very dirty rooms. No hot water in first room, bathtub did not hold water. Changed rooms, even dirtier, our socks were yucky from the carpet. No extra towels, (4 people staying). No extra blanket for our room, asked every day. Front desk staff very, very unfriendly, manager even worse. Breakfast was limited and poor. Asked manager about 100% guaranty of satisfaction of our stay, he said he would clean the carpet in the rooms in Oct of 2008. We would NEVER go back to that place and would certainly not recommend it to anyone else. Pick a different hotel to stay...

Unless one has a vehicle, the dining options are very limited.

Comfortable bed. TV didn't work - moved us to another room. Saw a mouse in lobby. The TV in our room didn't work. The back of it was off so the cable cord wouldn't screw in so we asked to move to another room. The TV remote in that room didn't work so we traded the remote for the remote in the room we moved out of.

The Comfort Inn on E 32nd was very comfortable and clean. Eating establishments were close and we would stay there again. The only negative was that the shuttle from the airport to the motel was very slow in responding to our request. We waited over 30 minutes for it to arrive. As we were very tired from a transatlantic flight, they was frustrating. Otherwise, the staff at the motel were courteous, the breakfast more than adequate and the rooms were very clean and confortable.

The Comfort Inn was comfortable and inexpensive relative to other hotels near the airport. The overall ambience was old and faded, but the room was large and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was satisfactory, the fitness room was mediocre, but serviceable and the room was cleaned every day.

Excellent quality for the rate! My family of 7 stayed here to get a jump on our travel to the airport the next day. The check in process was easy, the lobby was gorgous and clean. There was comortable seating while I checked in. The business center was a little small, but the computer worked great and we were able to check in on our flight as well as use the printer with out charge to print our tickets. The rooms were comfortable, and clean I would definately reccomend this hotel to my friends who have a similar itenerary. The shuttle to the airport did need servicing, however. The airconditioner did not work, we did open the windows and the driver apologized and assured us that it would be in working order upon our return. The fee for leaving your vehicle on their location while we were gone was minimal and the property kept it secure. The complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake! Hot waffles and an enormous assortment of breakfast items. This is a must for travelers continuing on to the airport.
