The Comfort Inn Delaware, OH was very comfortable with large rooms. Easy to use internet and the beds were comfortable. Large screen televisions in the rooms. Several restaurant options within walking distance. The only negatives was that the spa was not working and it doesnt look like they plan on fixing it. And, it has no fitness center, while contract talks are in the works for a deal with world gym next door. Nice continental breakfast.

Comfortable beds. Small rooms. Adecent hotel for the money, very small rooms if you have kids.

Just great! We stayed for five nights, and the hotel was full for three of those. The bed was comfortable; shower/water pressure great; room was clean; good-size room refrigerator; staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't have an opportunity to try the continental breakfast so can't review that. Pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to end the day. As for location, right next to a shopping center (with a WalMart for those forgotten items). The only downside to our stay - and NOT the motel's fault - was the lack of dining choices within walking distance, but there are a couple places (Bob Evans, Subway, etc.) just down the road.

The service was exceptional. I was put into a smoker's room that did not lock and the receptionist changed the room. Smelled like smoke and had to check out. Clean, spacious rooms with convenient lobby and parking lot.

From the super friendly staff, to the mahogany and updated furnishings, to the oversize luxurious bed the in-room refrigerator and microwave, to the superb cleanliness, this hotel is as nice as any four-star hotel we have stayed in. Infact the room was so luxurious that my husband wanted to stay another night "just because"! The complimentary breakfast offered great choices and was clean and well stocked as well. I highly reccomend this hotel to anyone and everyone!

A walk-in was charged less for his room just as I was checking in.

Ashley, the receptionist, took fifteen minutes to notice us, she was on her personal cell phone, and playing games on the front desk computer. She was very rude and acted as if i was interrupting her, the ice machine was not working, and I had to interrupt her yet again during a personal phone call and it seemed to me that she was mad. After I had checked into my room, I had decided I would like an extra pillow, and a few extra towels, but when I attempted to ring the front desk, no one had answered so I had to walk down stairs to ask her for them, and once again she was talking on her cellphone, and seemed to be even more annoyed by me. Everyone else in the hotel was very nice to me, in fact on my way upstairs I walked past a housekeeper, I believe her name tag read kate, she asked me if my room was clean and if I needed anything else to make me feel more comfortable. I found that very nice of her, considering the way I had been treated by the young lady sitting at the front desk. Above all my room was nice and clean and my stay was alright, but if i had to deal with that young lady at the front desk again,I would find a different hotel in the area.

Rooms were very clean and nice. I would recommend staying at this clean and friendly hotel that sits next to a major restaurant that serves all three meals. Hotel has a morning continental breakfast and coffee all day in lobby.

"We had to move rooms due to a lack of cleanliness. In both rooms, the beds were a terrible quality. I classify this as a dump."

The rooms were very clean, the beds very comfortable, the staff very friendly, equal to Holiday Inn Express. I have no negative feeling about this hotel, I was there only for the night and it was pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the center of Delaware, Ohio, it is clean, the rooms are clean, the beds very comfortable and cozy. I had a wonderful experience there and can only recommend it, I will stay there again. The staff was friendly too. The cost was reasonable for the quality.

The desk help was very friendly. The bed was hard as a rock, so I didn't sleep too well. I would return again if I had the chance. The location was prime.

Breakfast: Food & coffee were good, area was clean and kid friendly. Smoking and non-smoking rooms on same floor; not good. Extremely friendly staff and nice facilities. We will stay there again in the future.

The staff was very helpful in everything we asked to them and if they didn't know they found someone who did. The 2 girls who worked the front desk were wonderful and very outgoing. Very wonderful help from them 2 ladies.

The beds were very big and luxurious. The tub would squeak when you step in it while taking a shower.
