Our room had a terrible smoke smell. Needed repair in the bathroom. Needs house rules. Breakfast area should not have pajamas and slippers allowed. Repairs should be made. In our room duck tape on bathtub wall. Bathtub drain needs work.

"This is a 2-story hotel with no elevator. All rooms are no-smoking. Pool was wonderful but the ""spa"" has been filled in, there is no whirlpool facility any longer. Continental breakfast included was fair."

The staff would not give us another blanket. We were not in the room that we were suppose to have. It was not the same on my itinerary. Very poor service. They did not fix it.
