I was pleasantly suprised with the friendly staff and the convenience of the hotel shuttle. The activities available for children on site were helpful for parents and enjoyed by the children. It was also pleasing when we arrived late at night and decided to extend our stay another night. We were given a discount on the room rate. I would certainly stay here again.

Hotel and Casino. No table games in Casino. Hotel rooms were great, hotel has shuttle to and from main street deadwood. Trolly also picks up in front of hotel. Taxi ride for two home from main street deadwood was $8.00.

The atmosphere and people working at the hotel where top rate. Nothing. My husband and I were extremely pleased with our experience at the hotel. The hotel staff could not have been nicer or friendlier. We felt like special guests while we were there. The rooms were very clean and the beds were great. I would and have recommended this experience to everyone.

Front desk personnel. Unfriendliness of the workers. The room was accommodating, but the personnel who worked there did not have too much personality, and did not seem to want to do much to help, but sit at there jobs.
