The location was very convenient for my business activities and was also convenient to the Regional outlet shopping mall

Clean, good location, and adequate amenities. They bump us on a handicap room in favor of a wedding party. Excellent for a business traveler, but not well suited to seniors who have mobility issues. Bathes do have grab bars in showers and we were put on the first floor. The breakfast was adequate but not impressive. The staff was courteous and attentive. Overall I would recommend this hotel as very good, basic accommodation for the price.

Our room was great, with very comfortable beds. The halls were messy, due to the renovation in progress, but our room was very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful.

It was convenient, and I loved the microwave and refrigerator in the room. Shower head was put in backwards. There was a sign but it needed to be fixed. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We also spent 1 night in a 4 star hotel and it didn't compare to this one at all. It was attractive on the outside but the inside of the room had none of the amenities that we needed like the comfort inn had. We ended up coming back to this hotel the next night. Complimentary breakfast was delicious too.

The accommodations and furnishings made it feel like a much more expensive hotel. It did not have an elevator. We were pleased enough that we started planning our next stay before we even left. The staff was great and the hotel had a really comfortable, relaxing, family feel to it. We've already recommended it to several families.

The sizes of the beds are not large enough for to average size adults. Their rates are much cheaper.
