Hotel beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. Room was fairly large.

Hotel room was fine. We checked in after 2 am, and needed to catch an early flight so left by 6:30 am. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, that was all we had time to use. Certainly would not hesitate staying again based on brief time there. Desk manager was helpful when I called for directions.

Stayed their during a golf trip and it was sufficient for the price we paid. Bathroom could have been a little bigger.

Will definitely stay again. Hotel was absolutely clean, staff was professional, breakfast was great--and a great price.

The staff and price were great. We've stayed at other Comfort Inn's in the past, and they were MUCH better. This one just needed to be bulldozed and have a new one put up instead. If somebody in another room shut their entry door, it made our entire room shake. The hallway smelled like an old ashtry. And the air conditioner essentially blew the cold air in your face while trying to sleep...which makes you wake up not feeling wonderful.

Very comfortable and quiet, convenient to Grapevine and DFW airport. Wonderful breakfast and very nice staff. Would recommend to anyone to stay here, a real find for a budget hotel. Easy to get to Dallas from location.

After a long weekend in another city, I arrived in Dallas to stay the night before I catch the plane the next day. The hotel I stayed in Denton, TX over the weekend was lousy. I was happy to go into a clean room at Comfort Inn DFW North and I was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back to the same hotel if I went to Dallas!

Room was excellent, with the exception of having to find a bench for the tub, (wife is handicapped and canot climb into and out of tub). Walk-in shower was allready taken. Continental breakfast was outstanding. Room maintence personnel were very courteous and helpfull. 10 out of 10, for sure. p.s. Was surprised to find out Choice Hotels has started a cancellation fee and also that payment is taken immediately instead of waiting for arrival and departure?

The vending machines and some exercise equipment were out of order for the duration of my stay. Otherwise it was clean, pleasant, and convenient. I would probably stay there again. The staff wasn't as friendly as I've experienced at other Comfort Inns, but neither were they rude. I'm not sure if this is a regional thing or what.

This is definately a 2 star. The room was OK, it met our needs, was clean. Beware, there are NO restaurants in the area. The clerk at the desk did offer to drive us to one but we'd already eaten. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Although it had plenty of choices, the eggs were TERRIBLE, couldn't even eat them and the milk was beginning to sour. Alright for a short overnight coming or going to the airport, but nothing more.

Room was smoking room! We were travelling with a toddler. It took forever for them to correct this mistake and get us a non-smoking room. They never did deliver a crib for our child, so he slept in the bed with us. The next morning the free shuttle took forever to arrive and the woman at the counter didn't care whether we missed out flight or not. Not a great experience!

We go on vacation every year and stay here because we have to drive 3 hours to get to Dallas from our home in Oklahoma. They get us to the airport on time with there shuttle and let us leave our car for up to 7 days at no charge. This hotel is always clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The price is right as opposed to what it would cost us to stay somewhere and then have to pay for parking at the park and fly lot. Would stay here again for sure and will be coming back this March 09.

After a trip south of the boarder, what a pleasure to get back to some good ole USA quality. I remember thinking of the contrast between where I'd been and where I am and how clean & wonderful it felt. A couple of weeks earlier I had stayed at a Comfort Suites in the area with my family (5 of us total) because of the proximity to DFW, it was not nearly as well appointed, quiet and clean as this hotel. I highly reccomend this hotel as a place for anyone flying DFW (8-10 min. complementary shuttle ride). I know I'll be using it again!

"Stayed at Comfort Inns before - they were generally OK. This one surpassed all expectations. Super friendly staff, extremely clean rooms, handy fridge & microwave, small but clean pool - all added up to a very pleasant stay. Did I mention great service? Will stay here again for sure!"

I requested a non-smoking room and it said non-smoking. yet, there were ashtrays in my room. There was only one place close by to eat within walking distance for dinner and it was inside of a gas station. Breakfast was good.

This was just a quick stay between flights in and out of DFW. Thus, we were only in the room for a few hours. Most important to us was that the shuttle delivered us to our gate in time for our flight.

I was pleasantly surprised. They were absoulutely wonderful. I was in town as a former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader to perform half time Cowboys/Bengals (10/5/08). My 15 year old daughter had to catch a cab from Comfort Inn to Texas Stadium on her own. The hotel staff, Shan, especially, took care of everything making sure my daughter would be safe. Will definitely return to Comfort Inn. Highly recommend it.

This hotel is convenent for one thign. If you absolutely must stay near DFW and don't watn to spend hundreds of dollars for a room that this is an adequate option--and no more.

I've never stayed in a Comfort Inn before, but the beds and pillows are luxurious! The breakfast is decent, and the staff are extremely friendly. The room was clean. It had a microwave and small refrigerator, which saved us a great deal of money on eating out. There isn't much to do near there, and certainly nothing within walking distance. The restaurant menu in the room is expensive and mediocre. It's a restaurant somewhere in the vicinity. There is an outdoor pool. It's almost completely in the shade - you can decide if that's a good or bad thing. We wanted the water to be a little warmer. All-in-all, this hotel was a great deal for the money, and the beds were so comfortable, we woke up feeling refreshed every day. Plus, the hot breakfast, which includes a waffle maker, were fun and filling for our whole family.
