The wireless internet kept cutting out requiring me to reboot my laptop. I had to have the room keys recoded, before I could get into the room.

As a frequent traveler to Fayetteville, I have stayed at many hotels. The Comfort Inn is not my first choice, but it has been consistent when I'm there. They have an outdoor pool and availability to use the fitness center directly behind their hotel (easy 1-2min walk) which has indoor lap-pool, jacuzzi, and regular fitness center items. Absolutely loved their locker rooms -- best I have seen ever (lots of space, very clean, hair dyer, tv sitting room area, etc). The staff is nice, although they have to put the calls through to the rooms, and I was told by my family that they would get slightly 'huffy' for all the calls I was receiving (last time I stayed there, I was there for over a week). The continental breakfast is acutally good and they put cookies out at night, like many of the other hotels. Yes, it is a bit overpriced (but all hotels in the area are), but many hotels tend to be sold-out frequently so they can afford to keep prices comparable but slightly lower than other places. For the hotel experience-price value ratio, I would have this one above the Holiday Inn Express, and below the Hilton Garden Inn (see my reviews for those). Being on Skibo Road is a main benefit if you don't have a car, or don't want to drive a lot as you can walk across the street to the Cross Creek Mall, or many other restaurants in the area.

my wife and i went to fayetteville for our son's graduation, we reserved a room at comfort inn on the 11th so we would make sure we had a room when we got there on the 12th, we left early on the 12th so we could get into our room and freshen up and relax before the graduation, we drove for four hours, we got there and the front desk told us that they got really busy the night before and there would not have a room ready until 3:00, at 2:00 they had a room ready, but it wasnt the room we reserved, but the graduation was in two hours so we took it, we paid for a king size bed and got a double size, the first time we stayed at the same hotel it was great, the room was very clean, sevice was great, but i thought the reason you reserve a room the day before would make sure you have a room ready the next day.

It was absolutely wonderful in every way. I can not think of anything. It was perfect. It was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very sound proof. There was two bus loads of young people staying and we heard absolutely no noise. I kept the brochure so we can use this one again.

Hotel staff was okay. On surface room appeared to be OK. BUT, there was an odor, ROACHES in the room, and we came away with bites from 'something'. (Had requested a non-smoking room where pets were not allowed.) Even though it was on a busy, heavily populated street, we did not feel really safe there. On a Friday night, doors slammed on the 3rd floor way into the night. Could not bring ourselves to eat the free breakfast. Went across the street to IHOP. Told the staff about the bugs upon checkout. Said they would report it to maintenance - - - received no apologies. WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN!

The Comfort Inn in Fayetteville was a nice hotel. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly. The location was great and was in walking distance of a IMAX movie theater and sportsbar. If you are feeling really atheltic you could make it to the mall.

Continental breakfast started at a reasonable time for business travelers. Tricky entrance. Nice place and friendly people; convenient to shopping and eateries.

Nice place but could be nicer for the price. Room had fridge and microwave which was unexpected and bathroom was very clean. Beds were nice and soft like we like them. Would definitely stay there again but think it's about *-20 overpriced...but so are all the hotels in this area.

The maid that cleaned the room was very helpful and very good at her job. She made you feel at home. The front desk staff was the rudest peope that I have ever had to deal with in my life. I have worked in customer service all of my life. The room was decent. The lady who cleaned our room was wonderful. The front desk staff was horrible whether it was morning or night staff they were rude, hateful, and disrespectful.

After staying at this hotel for 8 days, it was great. Staff was very friendly. Having a microwave & frig. in the room was very useful for our stay. Nearby locations of the mall, restaurants popular stores and fitness centers. Continental breakfast was good, too. I would love to come back.

Place to stop on the way to FL. Noisy people in hallways all night. I was on the way to FL and needed a place to stop along the way. If I had known my experience was going to be like this, I would have kept driving. The beds were uncomfortable, we had a smoking room, and there were noisy kids in the hallway all night. They finally shut up when I yelled at them at 3am and threatened to call the cops. They finally quieted down a bit for a few hours. Also received a phone call in the middle of the night but they hung up. Bed was also terribly uncomfortble- my car would have provided a better nights sleep. Will never stay here again. I'm a frequent traveler for work and pleasure (100+ nights per year) and this is my worst stay in recent memory in any hotel.

Close to many restaurants and to the Cross Creek Mall; good continental breakfast including waffle maker. Doors closed loudly, so you could hear everyone on the floor coming and going; large gap under door lets in sound and light.

Close too many restaurants and major roads. WIFI was inconsistent, which made working online difficult. An older building that is well kept. The room was pleasant, and the staff friendly and helpful.

Good value. Location to far from I-95, beds too small. I was passing through NC on my way from Fl to NYC. The location was too far from I-95 not 5 mins. like I was told. The beds in the room were small, full size not comfortable for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 small children. However it was a fair value for the price paid. The breakfast area was not inviting compared to other Comfort's I have stayed in.

The convenience, friendly staff. It was a pleasant experience; the staff is very helpful and friendly. My room was cleaned well every day and the breakfast area is kept clean and the food is fresh.
