It was convenient to the business we needed to conduct, clean room and good breakfast.

It was a block away from the Tanger Outlet. Lots of cracks in the walls and ceilings, missing outlet plates, dirty chair.

The hotel worked well for our needs as we needed one in that location. It was reasonably priced and clean. The weather was very hot so we chose this one as it had a pool but were disappointed that the pool was so dirty and not well kept. We enjoyed the Belgian waffles for breakfast!

Breakfast buffet always a plus. Right in line with airport - planes ran until midnight n. Breakfast area needs 2 waffle makers - Line had 15 plus people waiting each am. I did not realize this was so far from Charleston & that we had to go back & forth over bridge to tour things. Found it hard to follow road maps. Hotel was great & would be perfect forpeople catching plane. Glad that I read earlier it was in shopping outlet cause that made it easier to find hotel. Signage on mail street & no sign high above hotel makes it difficult to find.

Nice place to stay with friendly staff. Great deal.

The room was very clean. No hot water, unfriendly staff, and very motel-like

This was a great hotel for the price we got on Orbitz. We stayed here for a friends wedding which was in downtown Charleston, the hotel is not that far from downtown, just a quick trip on I-26. The hotel is just off of the interstate so getting anyway was not a problem. I would stay here again if I am in Charleston.

There was confusion at checkout with inaccurate information as to costs and address of occupants.

Loved the staff, very friendly and helpful, and very clean rooms. No complaints at all. Great hotel for a great price. I had never been to Charleston. Location to the Amtrak and cleanliness score. Great staff and very comfortable king sized beds (loved the pillows).

The room was clean and comfortable, and really it was great considering the price. I liked being right next to the outlets!!! The drive into downtown Charleston was easy, and the hotel location was literally right on my way home. The bed was fine, air conditioner might have been a little noisy but at least it was cool! I also like that the sink/vanity area is in a separate area from the shower/commode (just personal preference). The room was very basic, but had everything we needed. Usually I prefer hotel buildings where the rooms open into hallways, rather than the rooms opening to the parking lot, because I think it's noisier when you can hear parking lot/outdoor racket. But this wasn't bad (the air conditioner probably masked it!) Overall great place and I'd definitely stay there again.

Poor water pressure in the shower. Nice big room with king bed, couch, desk, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and safe. Great free continental breakfast. Good location near airport, I-26 and North Charleston Coliseum.

Front desk let us check in 4 hours early which was VERY helpful. We had a 6 hour drive with two very restless kids that were ready to change and get to the beach ASAP. Only bad thing is the fridge didn't work and smelled but we were in a new room in only a few min.

We left the hotel and went on a cruise. It was 3 miles to the port of Charleston, so it was very convenient. The hotel was nice and convenient to just about every thing you would need to do.

This hotel is perfectly fine for the money, the only problem (and only for some people) is that it's very close to the airport and an Airforce base. Those huge transport planes are LOUD ! But none after 11 pm. Maybe 12 ? Once. It's clean. When I asked for something the staff got it quickly. I'll come back.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast had lots of choices. Shower/bath had mildew, front desk lady stayed on the phone the entire check-in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean. I didn't love that the computer use was 50 cents a minute, but for leisure it was great.

Could hear planes in the morning. Other guests were noisy until 100 AM. One bedspread was dirty.

Continental breakfast. The receptionist during check-in was rude. Accommodations were satisfactory but the night receptionist was rude.

Absolutely nothing, it was filthy, loud, and very poorly maintained. The hotel was filthy, outdated, and poorly maintained. All surfaces in the room and breakfast area were sticky and dirty.

The room was very clean and the staff was very professional. The air condition unit in the room was too noisy! A great place to stay for a weekend getaway, especially if you plan to shop at the outlet mall that is across the street from it.
