The staff provided a rollaway bed for us and had it in the room when we arrived. The breakfast line was not very smooth. The hotel was just fine and met our needs. We will definitely stay again if we are in Colby.

What started as an auto trip from Utah to Nashville to accompany a returning son to college, ended up being a three-day stay at this hotel when my son became ill and needed hospitalization in town. The cleanliness, comfort, and convenient location all made a worrisome situation more tolerable, and good nights' sleep were helpful. Staff is cheerful and very helpful, breakfast is very good (with hot food!), and highway access is very convenient as is, unfortunately, the hospital! An added plus is a Starbucks and several restaurants within walking distance AND free unlimited wireless.

Breakfast was very good. Neighbors doors closing woke us up too early. There was supposed to be a pool and hot tub. We were counting on having the pool for the children because they had been cooped up in a car for about 9 hours.

We were passing through from Colorado to Illinois. I called from the road needing a pet-friendly room and they were able to accomodate us. Everything about the hotel and room seemed brand new. It was extremely comfortable and clean. In the morning, we couldn't believe the breakfast. Instead of the usual continental, they had eggs, waffles (not frozen, but batter to make in the waffle iron), biscuits and gravy - - plus the usual cereal, bagels, etc. It really gave us a great start to push on with the last leg of our trip.

A very basic and family friendly place to stay. The hard beds, but aren't they all? A great place to stay in Colby, ski! Moderate pool, hot tub and fitness area but still nice. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 for comfort is because of the hard bed, but that was expected and a personal preference. Very close to an awesome travel center with a star bucks and good food. I won't stay anywhere else the next time I am there! Highly recommend!
