Well located, very clean and friendly, a great buy for the price. Better continental breakfast than most comparable hotels.

This hotel provided me with all I needed. A clean, comfortable bed and a shower with good water pressure! Breakfast was nice, too. Would've liked a disposable shower cap available to me. Comfort Inn provided me with the amenities I needed for my overnight stay.The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and there were plenty of pillows on the king sized bed! The shower was very clean and had great water pressure. The breakfast area was sufficient for my needs.

I got there and then realized there were old shampoo bottles in the shower and old coffee had been left in the mini coffee pot along with the used filter. I had been there a few hours and was settling down for the night so instead of asking for a different room I simply slept on top of the covers because the sheets didn't smell right. I was only going to be there for one night anyway. Don't waste your money.

Room was clean. Shower was lame, fan in bathroom was too loud to think and staff did not communicate with each other. Coffee was always good in lobby. It was clean. Our bathroom was tiny and the fan was very loud. The staff was pleasant but did not communicate with each other.

The front desk staff was great. We got there early and were expeciting to wait in the lobby but they got us right into our room. The beds are so comfortable. Housekeeping was great and gave us the stuff that we forgot to pack before we left. It is located close to the saratoga race track for about 1/2 the price you would pay to stay in saratoga. I will be going back there for years to come. They also have a great outdoor pool that my kids loved to go in every chance they got.

Coffee pot in room, location and free full breakfast. I have stayed here for 3 years in a row and it seems as though minor repairs are not being done to keep up appearances, I still like to stay here and I am coming back in two weeks.

"Stayed 4 nites, Mattress poor in both rooms we used, rolled to the middle. It would seem essential that mattress replaced if necessary.Hotel is undergoing renovations.Mattresses must be #1. Breakfast Items limited not restocked as necessary. Room was clean. Staff at desk not friendly. No elevator to accomodate Seniors. Reluctance to assign rooms on 1st floor if not totally handicapped. Have stayed here before as relatives in area and nothing has changed. "

I traveled to the area to see ShawBlades, found that they were staying at the hotel, and met them at coffee in the morning, incredible! Very small bathroom. We were also happy to see many restaurants nearby and lots of great stores for holiday shopping the next morning. We attended our concert enjoyed a relaxing night's sleep. The next morning, we were surprised to find out that the band we traveled to see was staying at the same hotel, and we met them while having coffee at the continental breakfast bar. The whole experience was extremely enjoyable, and we will definitely be staying in this hotel whenever we return to the area.

Safe, comfortable, convenient andlarge room. Room doors were banging and started early in the morning. Too noisy because of loud doors!

The pool facilities were very nice and the front desk attendant. The hallways smelled like smoke very heavily and it proved tough to bring my infant son (has asthma) into the hallways. The room was fine though.

Complimentary fresh cookies in the evenings for guests. No bar, restaurant on premises, nor adjoining the property. I would return to this hotel.
