You can tell the hotel has seen its better days. I was a bit skeptical as I walked down the corridor to the room, it really began to show its age!! But as the saying goes, don't judge a book by its cover, because to my suprise the room and restrooms were in great shape! The bedding was of quality too which was completely unexpected! The hotel does not have an elevator if you end up on the 2nd or 3rd floor and since I have a knee problem it's difficult to go up a flight of stairs with luggage but the receptionist was able to get us a room on the first floor. The breakfast is nothing extraordinary but enough to get your day started and the area was kept clean, even when it got really busy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and if I ever return to Niagara, I'd stay again.

Friendly service and convenient location. The hallways smelled of smoke. Just what we wanted: a reasonably priced hotel located smack in the middle of everything. The service was friendly, too.

The free breakfast is delicious. Charles at the desk and Annette from Housekeeping provided top-shelf customer service.

I guess you get what you pay for, the room was a nice size, no computer table as advertised, WiFi is available but you need an access number every 24 hours and you have to hope the staff do not hand out the same access code more then once. Our floor just like many others is not serviced by an elevator, nor is the building Handicap accessible, the floors also have smoking rooms mixed with non-smoking rooms and it makes the floor smell very bad. Staff are helpful, The "Deluxe Continental Breakfast" was not what we thought it would be, nasty croissants, bad mixed fruit, doughnuts, toast juice from a machine... lucky it is free! We also had a miniature golf course outside our window which is open to the early hours, the light from the amusements also caused a problem for sleeping. Parking was a plus, on site with a fence and security patrolling the area, hotel is fairly clean with staff changing towels and cleaning rooms on a daily basis. No other food available on site apart from an attached bar/restaurant which has great food and friendly staff.

This hotel is located right in the middle of the active Clifton Hill tourist area. With all that is available to do in this location, we didn't need our car until it was time to leave. The hotel was very nice and offered up a deal on lodging that included passes, admission and discounts for many of the area attractions. While seeming to be an expensive stay at first, after taking out the value of all the extras included in the package - the cost of the room was very reasonable, especially when you consider the location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was good, but the dining room it is served in gets crowded from all of the patrons taking advantage of it - it also ends a little early for some of us late risers (10 or 10:30).

While this was a great location the price of the room on the Labor Day holiday (Fri. & Sat.). The continental breakfast was okay (olenty to select from) but the room was jammed with little to no place to sit and not much room to maneuver around the food area. The location was absolutely the best! The falls are within walking distace and being on Clifton Hill there is so much to see and do and lot's of restaurants to choose from. And the casino is close enough to walk to as well.

If you want to be right in the middle where it all happens - this is the hotel to be at. 3 blocks from the Falls and 1/2 blocks from the most happenning streets in Niagara Falls. Near all the attractions and great dinning spots. Antica Rest. is the best. Great and helpful staff.

The Comfort Inn was extremely clean and comfortable. Everyone, from the front desk to the maids cleaning the rooms, was acceptionally friendly. The large, indoor pool was a great plus. The location, right on clifton hill fun street was incrediable. Within walking distance of almost everything you can imagine. Like having a carnival right outside your door. Not to metion being so close to the falls and easy access to all the attractions Niagara has to offer.

Free parking and breakfast was a huge plus for us! Pool was good (inside only), but also available is the sister hotel's pools directly across from us (small "dragon" water slides in the outside pool were a hit with the kids - and had two lifeguards on duty!). The location can't be beat - we could walk to restaurants, amusements and to the "people mover" stop to visit Maid of the Mist, Whitewater Walk, Butterfly Conservatory, etc. Our room was not large, but to be honest, we only slept there, so it wasn't an issue. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean. The continental breakfast was also a hit with the kids. Bagels, toast, waffles, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, cereal, oatmeal, danish, muffins and more - something for everyone! You'll be thankful for the free breakfast after you go out to eat in this area - very pricey and quality is only so-so.

"The staff was very pleasant and quick to help. Room was missing a few things on first night, think they beat me to my room. Very friendly w/ smiles. The continental breakfast was plentiful. Beds were fine. I would re-book here and reccomend this hotel to anyone who ask me where I stayed. Overall we were pleased."

"We enjoyed the location, clean rooms, free parking, and the continenal breakfast We were given a room with a balcony, so we could see the fireworks and the sun rise every morning. This was our first visit to Niagara Falls. The price of the food was too high, but that was not the fault of the hotel. We were very pleased with Comfort Inn and would recommend it."

"This Hotel was great. It was right in the heart of Clifton Hill which is where all the action is. We had our 3 kids with us and it was within walking distance to just about everything and if you couldn't walk there you could just hop on the ""people-mover""! The Hotel has free Parking so we just parked our car when we arrived and never had to drive again until we checked out. Free Continental Breakfast everyday was perfect for families. Room was spacious and very Clean. I just can't say enough about this hotel! Iwe will definately stay here again!"
