The Middleburg Heights Comfort Inn was chosen for it's proximity to the airport. We were first impressed with the considerate and helpful check-in staff. Our room was extremely clean, well kept and very quiet. The complementary breakfast was well stocked and attended. We will definitely stay there again.

Very friendly service with a shuttle to the airport and surrounding attractions. The business center computer in the hotel lobby was not very fast. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others. The employees were all very helpful and the rooms were immaculate.

When I checked in (Fri about 11 pm) there was a line formed at the desk. The front desk person (February's Employee award) got us all checked in quickly and efficiently. She was friendly and had a great attitude, she was obviously suited to the job and well trained, besides handling the check-ins she also took many phone calls. The room was nice, clean and well appointed without any "hotel smell". The only complaint was that the breakfast menu had limited options. Cold cereal, toast or bagels, hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Also a do-it-yourself waffle maker that required a 20 min wait in line. Would have liked more heat-and-eat options, pastries or fresh fruit.

Our stay at the Comfor Inn at Cleveland Airport was excellent. Check in was fast, rooms were clean and nice sized, and breakfast was decent, with fresh made waffles and the usual assortment of cereals, fruits and pastries. We plan to stay there again.

The continental breakfast and pool my wife has restrictive lung diseaseand our room wasthe furthest away from elevator, though we did not ask to change it. We have no complaints very nice for the cost

We stayed on Feb 14, 2009. The customer service is wonderful but the rooms are paper thin, you can hear everything. You can hear people walking or running down the hallways. Just to loud. The rooms were clean but there is this musty rug smell that is horrible it you have sinus problems. A good place to stay if you dont' care about the little details.

Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable. The front desk was helpfull in giving directions to local attractions. There was plenty of restuarants within a two block radius and is near the on ramp for I-71 which takes you into downtown Cleveland. I highly reconmend this hotel.

Needed to change rooms as tge TV did not work. At checkout the hotel desk clerk wasd training another clerk and allowed the check put line to get quite long and made guestes wait while she trained.

Airport shuttle, clean andeasy access to interstate. Parking was limited. Nice place to stay, clean and well kept.

A friend and I stayed for a four day dog show at the I-X center. The front desk people were friendly (not antagonistic about the dogs), there were good areas for exercising dogs, and they even had a dish of dog biscuits at the desk. In addition, the room was clean, there was plenty of room, a nice desk area, and we even had a nice view of a small pond (fenced, so not available to dogs, but better than the usual parking lot or interstate view!) They had coffee, both regular and decaf, or hot water for tea available at all times, and I never came down when the urns were empty. The breakfast is good--waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, muffins, fruit, etc. Plenty of your basic chain eateries around, and the staff is very helpful with directions and advice. Close to the I-X center and I-71.

We went for a 4 day dog show at the I-X center, and the motel was VERY dog friendly--they even had a bowl of dog biscuits at the front desk. Lots of room to exercise the dogs. The rooms were large and comfortable and very clean, and we even had a view of a small pond from our window.

The staff were friendly, helpful and accomodating! Great customer service! This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant in every aspect of our stay. I felt safe and comfortable as a single woman traveling with a small child in an unfamiliar place. Enjoyed the services of the shuttle and access to high-speed internet. Not only do I recommend this place I will definitely return!

Good size room. But it had ants. Breakfast was just O.K. Could use ice machine on every floor and more seating in the breakfast nook. I would not recommend for families but adequate for business travel or a lay over.
