The Comfort Inn Cherokee offers affordable, standard accommodations on the Cherokee Indian Reservation, approximately two miles from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park entrance and about 30 miles from Gatlinburg, TN. For onsite recreation, guests will enjoy the outdoor pool, whirlpool, and onsite trout fishing. Guests receive a complimentary continental breakfast with room rate. While there is not a full service restaurant inside the hotel, there are offsite dining destinations within a short drive. For guests' convenience, the hotel offers meeting space, complimentary parking, fax services, and laundry facilities. For air transportation, guests will be able to reach the Asheville Regional airport in approximately 70 miles and the McGhee Tyson International airport in Knoxville in about 75 miles. There are 88 rooms on two floors. Jacuzzi suites with king-size beds are available. Both non-smoking rooms and rooms equipped for the physically challenged are available upon request. Standard amenities include double or queen-size beds, television with free movie channel, pay-per-view movies, and telephone with voicemail.

The staff were excellent and the room was large and clean. Did not like the graduated steps along the rooms. Next time would specify handicap. Clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful as I had an emergency with my granddaughter and didn't return from the ER until 7:30 AM and they gave us an extra 2 hours to check out. That was greatly appreciated as we had been up all night.

I am so pleased with this place. Had been to Cherokee several times and tried a different place each time. Not anymoe! We have found the place we will stay. I travel with a small service dog and usually when we get into a hotel/motel room, he spends a lot of time sniffing the bedspread. This always worried me a lot cause I'm a little concerned about what all he was sniffing. Well, my dog doesn't sniff the bedspreads here. That's all the recommendation I need!

Clean beds and bath with extra bath linen. No small table. I would recommend this motel to anyone, it has easy access to the highway and food is available nearby.

This hotel is a delight and a great value. The rooms are spacious very nicely decorated. The staff is just tremendous. The breakfast room with a deck overlooking the river is sunny, bright and very pretty. Breakfast was great. Our rooms had balconies overlooking the river. It was just beautiful to sit out there and relax after a busy day in the national park. The lobby area has a gorgeous fireplace and is really cozy. I would love to stay here again.

This was an excellent choice for my weekend getaway. It wasn't too far from the casino and a choice of restaurants in the area.

When I complained to the management the owner showed up at my door with cash as a discount refund! now that's personal service. Information on the hotel was out of date and slightly misleading. ie. movie channels, internet access, jacuzzi, etc. Comfort Inn, Cherokee NC needs to update and better explain the usage of their amenities on their ads. Their competition across the street has all the things they have and usage is in no way limited or seasonal.

I took my grandmother to this hotel because it was close to the casino. I have taken her many places, and we have to get a handicap room. Alot of times a hotel's handicap room is a normal room. This hotel had an absolutely wonderful handicap room. The staff was great. The only thing they need is more pillows.

I'd definatly recommend this hotel, it is right outside of Cherokee and in the perfect spot. You literally make one turn and you are in the smokies and 3 miles from casio. very clean, very nice

Beautiful lobby, nice comfy room, clean andgood well stocked continental breakfast. Friendly staff. We had a great time, the hotel was clean, comfy, staff was very nice and the continental breakfast was well stocked & the area was very clean, highly recommend Comfort Inn, Cherokee, NC.

Close to a beautiful stream. Did not have microwave in room. We really enjoyed the hotel and the cleaniness of the whole area. We would stay there again. The price was excellent for our family.
