This hotel was very comfortable and clean with a nice size room, two queen beds and a flat screen television. I took my son to the Bills game for the weekend. It was easily acccessable to the highway and not far from the stadium. The complimentary breakfast was good, but crowded. I guess this is par for the coarse, considering I was eating at about 9am. Overall, I we were pleased and would stay again.

Rooms were lovely and very clean, beds very comfortable. The heater or cooler was very noisy. There was no auto just on and off. We will definitely like to stay here again. We stayed for a shopping weekend and it was very clean. The rooms were great and every thing was clean and comfortable.

Our family recently needed to find a smoke free hotel room in Buffalo close to the Roswell Park Cancer Center with ample room for five as we had three of our four children traveling with us to visit my sister at Roswell. Due to severe arthritis we chose a handicap access room and found the bathroom to be equipped exactly as needed and ample room in the hotel room itself to set up the extra roll-away bed for one of our sons. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Often when traveling we have had trouble with the heating or cooling system, yet we had no trouble at all with the heat and fan in our room. The hotel provided a lovely breakfast, complete with waffles prepared by one of the staff. Should we travel to Buffalo again, this hotel would be our first choice.

This hotel was easy to find after we crossed the border and was a short drive to the HSBC Center and shopping. The room was good. We did not use the pool but it looked inviting enough. There was 2 hockey teams and a girls soccer team staying at the same time which concerned us for noise level but no situations happened during the night. Recommend for families with kids during a short stay. Not recommended for couples.

Room quality, flat screen TV and bathroom. Location, bed comfort/ quality, air conditioning was loud and some loud residents. I loved this hotel because the quality of the rooms was excellent. The receptionist was very nice and courteous and overall it was a silent hotel. The rooms were great, the flat screen TV added to the luxury charm and the quality of furniture and bathrooms and lighting was great. The hotel was very clean and surprisingly upscale looking.

Excellent customer service at check-in. However, pet fee on Choice Hotels website said 10 and it was 25 at check-in. The clerk did only charge me 10 because I showed her a copy of the on-line reservation confirmation. Three burned out light bulbs, room smelled like urine and dirty sheets on bed. Cheap rate, but you certainly get you what you pay for here.

What a pleasant surprise. Very clean, extremely convenient to downtown, shopping and my meeting location. The room was modern, clean, fresh and a great value. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling into Buffalo... don't let the location throw you off. It's the best!

It was clean, had large rooms. It met my expectations. Nothing really.

The hotel is immediately off the interstate which compensates for its less than glamorous location. It is new, clean, and thoroughly modern. My room was spacious enough and the bed afforded me a quality night's sleep. I enjoyed the flat panel TV and in-room high speed internet. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The pool was attractive but small and the fitness room was only a token with one universal machine and one treadmill that I can remember. The hotel did a good job on providing the essentials in a quality manner. However, I did not see any dining or entertainment options within walking distance.

Great service, nice in-room features, incredible bathroom. On flight path for incoming planes. Great staff. Very clean and fresh. Bathroom was well above par. Would definitely stay again. Free internet, breakfast and in-room LCD TV were quite enjoyable.

Free internet, friendly staff, nice size room and bathroom, clean, GREAT continental breakfast, comfy bed. No ATM, Vending machines took my money on 4 occasions but nothing came out. I really enjoyed the hotel. It was clean, very comfortable, and the service was great. My favorite part was the continental breakfast - lots of selection including make your own fresh waffles. Check out time was 12:00 which allows for some time to get your things together and not feel rushed. The front desk were very helpful and returned my money, no questions asked when vending machines did not work. Would defiantly recommend.

Rooms in very good condition, Easy to use WiFi, & lobby computers fast and efficient. $20 taxi fair away from centre. Very happy in general with stay. Staff is in general polite, did not use pool or exercise room. Laundry machines are clean and in good condition.

Awesome beds, and lots of space in the room. Location, not much to do around the hotel. Great rooms, the only problem was the staff was not prepared for the power outage that we had and they weren't very helpful during this time. Although they did the best they could it still did not seem to be enough.

We liked the cleanliness, sheets felt fresh and loved the flat panel TV. Overall, we felt the hotel was clean and mattresses were comfortable - which is what we like when we travel. The shower are did not have a shower cap - and we could have got that from the front desk. Overall, we were happy with our stay in this Comfort Inn.

Close to HSBC arena and ralph Wilson Stadium, Good location for downtown shopping. Comfortable rooms and very well kept. Breakfast was excellant. For a new hotel it was very professional in all aspects of service. The staff was more than helpful and the location of the hotel was perfect for my needs.

A newly constructed building, very clean and well-maintained. Nothing, everything was good. This hotel is a new building, so everything is very clean and new. For the level of quality of a new building, the price is great!
