Hotel is good value for the price. Convenient to I-75 and therefore to the whole area. It's about six miles or so from downtown. There are not a lot of restaurants in the immediate area, but there is a 24 hour diner that is part of the Best Western just down the street that has very good stuff. There are many restaurants heading toward Chattanooga on either side of I-75. Several in the Hamilton Place shopping area...not a mall as it's not all under one roof, but probably 50 or 60 major retailers: JC Penney, Sears, Dillard's, Belk, Staples, Barns & Noble, and a ton more I can't name right now.

I had stayed there for 16 days of my business trip. During that time, I needed a quiet time to sleep, their room cleaners and others start walking and making noise. The room that I checked in have a very bad smell. I had to change my room, but it still in a very same condition. The fan in the restroom, the light, and phone are not working. The day I checked out, I need the front desk person call a cab for me, but it took them long time to do it. When I leave they gave me the wrong price, but the manager was not there. I kept call in to talk to the manager and left the manager a message, but he did not call me back until now.

We were just passing through Chattanooga, and stopped at this hotel for one night. We liked the availability of restaurants for dinner, and had a delicious dinner at the Bone Fish. Comfortable room, WiFi, good free breakfast.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. The nearest restaurants were a few exits down the highway that was inconvenient to us. We definitely enjoyed this hotel, and recommend it to anyone. The bed was very comfortable. It had a mini fridge and microwave.

We were satisifed over all with this location. There is no elevator, so be aware ahead of time. If you head to breakfast late, it may not be restocked, but the waffles were good. Room was fairly clean, and balcony was nice. Staff was friendly

I would have prefered tp be closer to town, I didn't have a car so there was nothing for me to do. Cabs are very expensive, no public transpertation. I have to say the lady checking me in could not have been any friendler or more professional. The room was perfect for what I needed, very neat and clean.

Very comfortable bed. Was very comfortable room. It was being remodeled so seemed almost like a new hotel. Was more than adequate for a one night stop over.

This hotel keeps everything clean and pool is nice too. I was disappointed about breakfast menu. They do not have many options, but overall this hotel is clean. There is no elevator at this hotel, so I felt a little trouble.

It exceeded my expectations the bed was very comfortable. The Jacuzzi didn’t work. I was so thrilled with this hotel and we stayed another night instead of moving to a cheaper hotel. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. It was even better than a sleep number. The Jacuzzi was in the room and was heart shaped which was perfect for a Valentines Day getaway.

The clerk was friendly and helpful. Parking seemed in short supply. Reasonably located and fairly clean. The clerk was very helpful.

I like the location. The room was very clean. The rug in the hall was stained and the smell was not to fresh but okay for the money.

quiet I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There was a baseball team staying and I didn't even hear them. The breakfast waffles were good but they could of kept their food and utensils better stocked. I would stay there again.
